Pret A Manger in City of London

They doin matcha latte with normal milk instead of rice-coconut without any notice

Everything that you would expect from Pret- clean and tidy, efficient staff, well stocked on food and amazing coffee. They don't do smoothies at this store.

This is my Favorite pret in the whole city. Service is quick and the personnel is so friendly! Definetely a must!

5 star luxury cuisine... oh, wrong review. Its Pret... does it what it says on the tin.

Terrible service in the morning. Fair enough there was a big queue but the service was still terrible. The staff lost track of who to serve first, whilst also mistaking orders and making coffee for no one to even claim. I have been working in this area for 3 years now & I keep coming to this pret. I've seen many different staff members, but some of the ones there are just too slow for a fast environment.

Coffee was really bad, I have been to many Prets and coffee is mostly on average satisfactory, but today’s flat white wasn’t good, I had to Chuck after a sip

The Manager Francesco is very rude and unhelpful. I ask for help to remove the cheese on top of the beef when toasted. I am pregnant and I feel very uncomfortable to eat cheese. He just said he doesn’t want to touch my food and asked me to remove it myself. How can he expect me to remove the cheese using my unclean hands. Has he considered the customer’s hygiene problem? He is able to remove it using the food clip when he doing the toast. But he just said he doesn’t want touch my food. That’s what he can offer to a customer as a manager.

Best manager and speed of delivery I have experienced on the many London sites. Pressure to deliver at 8:45 is immense but the team still smile and deliver.
