Prezzo - Victoria in City of London

Service was slow, not that polite. Food was just ok but did come out quickly. Location isn't great, restaurant quite noisy.

Booked a table as we were catching a train from Victoria. It's very convenient as it's a short walk from the main station. We were served very quickly and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Food arrived hot and was tasty. Overall would recommend

February 2022Possibly the worst location and horrible food. Such a waste of night and money.ZERO taste.The only thing which was great was the service. It was quick and staff was friendly.Would NOT recommend Pizza or Pasta.

My wife and I had a lovely meal there with friends, I can only say service was impeccable, we was being served by the lovely staff Zornitsa who was very attentive with us and super friendly, she and her team are a credit to Prezzo restaurant.Their burgers really worth trying.Also u don't wait too long for your food to be served which is another bonus.

Decent food - service was polite.Chicken in the arabiata pasta was dry, and the portion was quite cold.The food also came suspiciously quickly - doubtful it was fresh.And the positioning of the restaurant isn’t the best. There’s nothing separating it from the rest of the entrance to the station, and the fast food opposite

Amazing staff treating their customers very well. I was travelling alone and therefor eating by myself and they handled that perfectly. It’s rare to get that kind of service when eating alone in a restaurant. Dish was perfectly cooked and house wine was also very enjoyable.

This restaurant is in the busy London Victoria train station. I always expect these restaurants to not deliver or provide an amazing experience but I was so surprised tonight.We had booked a table in advance and was greater with the most attentive host I have seen in a very long time.She showed us to our table and totally nailed the exact amount of time we needed to choose drinks and then delivered them exactly to the right places. These little attentions to detail made it feel really personal.Nothing was too much trouble with our order and the food was again delivered perfectly.So I have only spoken about the amazing service we received and the food matched the service. The 7 of us had really nice 3 course meals including children's menu, pizza, pasta, burgers, and a delicious array of desserts.Despite being in one of London's busiest train stations we never knew we were!I would go back there tomorrow!

Good food. Across from the Victoria palace theatre. The low rating was for the slow service. They had only one server on duty when we got here. Pictured below are a caprese salad and the avocado bacon chicken salad. Both were good.
