I cant express how disappointed i was with with this venue. I was booked to appear this New Years Eve at this club and i saw the security staff turning away customers who had pre-paid tickets to the event. Not only did they ask me to leave for having lemon juice (and did not even offer an apology when i confronted them) but worst of all, the staff ruined so many peoples new years night that day. No refunds will make up for ruining their night.

Just seen the Cheryl Hole Christmas drag show. The show was fantastic however, the value for money when it comes to the food and the service in the venue had a lot to live up to. We preordered well In advance of the night. The day of the show I received a phone call complaining that we hadn't preordered. Then it came to light that we had, but someone had sent us the wrong menus. Then the night of the show, no server knew what we had ordered. Not only that we didn't get asked once about ordering drinks. We had to approach staff at the bar to get a drinks order. We managed to order drinks once. Then at the end of the evening given a bill with £118 worth of service charge. On top of this we made the venue aware of a member of our party having an egg allergy. This wasn't acknowledged and she didn't get a dessert. We where highly disappointed by this experience. Given this was a works Christmas night out the first in a long while since covid.Prior to booking I tried twice with no luck at email and calling for some advice. I didn't have a reply to either even after leaving voice mails. The entertainment and the venues are amazing and well worth the money. The customer experience when it comes to the rest of it has a lot to be desired.

If you're white you'll be treated right...the brunch is horrible. Incidentally it was an RnB bottomless brunch...with a bottom (only watery bottomless drinks for an HOUR)...along treated anyone not white unfairly. But I'll give The lone star to the serving staff...lovely bunch who seemed very short staffed.

The manager was absolutely revolting!!!! He was sooooooo rude to me & my friends, one of which was there to celebrate her 40th! We booked and paid for a booth. When we got there the promoter had seated his friend at our table. When we turned up they were sooo rude and didn’t want to leave the table we had paid for, so they poured their whole drink out on the table which we had to clear up. When I told this to the “manager” he was very rude and dismissive!!! I would never recommend this venue to anyone, they have no customer service and no manners!! Better to spend your money at a venue where you are looked after and appreciated. I advise all ravers to steer clear of this venue as they will take your money but have no interest in the quality of your night!!!! Absolute SHAMBLES!!!!!

Firstly we and a lot of others were given the wrong address for the venue. Took a while to find it. Told to be there by 07:30 and eventually the queue started moving at 08:30. Once inside the venue was very atmospheric but first criticism is the extortionate price of the drinks. £6 for a small bottle of lager, £13 for a pink gin/lemonade. The promised free “cocktail finally arrived at 09:45 despite asking several times. Don’t bother with the meal. £20 for the worse meal I”ve ever seen. Delivered in a box at 09:30 was basically chicken nuggets with some sauce (don’t know what it was) cold, congealed rice, cold veg in pasta of some sort. It was disgusting. £20” s worth never. The format of the show was very amateurish and nothing like the advertising on their website. We were then “kicked out” at 10:15 so they could prepare for another party. Although we made the most of the night I would not recommend this to anyone. Far more entertaining to watch the world go by sitting outside a pub with a reasonably priced drink or two.PS if you do go remember to take I’d with you as you will not gain entrance without it.

The atmosphere was fantastic as soon as we walked in.... music playing, great DJ building the main act who were amazing...... however, the food was awful and the drinks were very overpriced (£48!!!! For a bottle of house white!!!) Our waitress was lovely and worked non stop! I would suggest dropping the food option and concentrate on the acts and drinks..... other than that, we had a fantastic time 💃🥂

Went here with family that were visiting London. Booked a table for 10 via a Groupon that came with a 3 course meal. The show and service was great, highly recommend. What let the experience down was a couple of things. Firstly, we were crammed into a booth that wasn't really big enough for 8 people, let alone 10 which meant that a couple of us had to end up sitting on what can only be described as footstools. Basically a hard wooden box with a little bit of padding. Secondly the drinks at the place are extortionate. Apparently the pumps were down so no pints, only bottles... at £7 a go.... That right. £7. Ended up just getting wine, with the cheapest red starting at £35

- The entertainment was excellent and the food was tasty (though the portions were on the smaller side) but the service was absolutely awful and the main reason that I'm not giving a rating of 4 or 5 stars.- We were served by Zoe who, even though she wrote down our order came back with the wrong water (sparking rather than still) and didn't even remember what wine we wanted.- One of our glasses still had lipstick on so straight away I knew that we were in for a bumpy ride.- It took about 40 minutes to actually receive our bottle of wine, after asking two different people for it and with the cheapest bottle of wine starting at £35 (street value of £8), the least they can do is get it to you on time.- We had come using a buyagift voucher which entitled us to a cocktail and a shot, the cocktail we received upon arrival but the shot was meant to be after the meal, they came around with shots but you could only have one if you wanted to pay extra for it, I told Zoe that we were entitled to one each and showed her the voucher, she agreed that we were and said she would get it for us, SHE LITERALLY NEVER CAME BACK AND IGNORED US FOR THE REST OF THE EVENING. I WAITED FOR AN HOUR FOR IT BEFORE GOING UP TO SOMEONE ELSE TO SEE WHAT WAS HAPPENING, can you guess what I saw when I went to the bar?? Zoe drinking jager bombs behind the bar rather than doing her job!- I could understand the wait for the drinks if it was incredibly busy and they were constantly on the move however, they weren't, they were standing back enjoying the show while I waited for a service I paid highly for.- At the table, there was a programme which was basically just a fancy advertisement for the different proud city venues, we did not ask for it BUT WE WERE CHARGED £4 FOR SOMETHING WE DIDNT ASK FOR IT but we didn't notice it on the receipt until we got home.- In regards to the food, it was delicious but very small. For my main (the salmon) it was 1 decent sized piece of salmon but 3 halfs of a baby potato (AKA 1 and a half baby potatoes) with 2 stems of broccoli, ridiculous (in my picture that I've uploaded I've already eaten one piece of the potato)- We had already pre-payed for our food but because the venue is greedy, they added it onto our bill (then removed it) so that they could get more service charge (15%). I wouldn't mind if it was good service however, from my above statement, you can tell it was NOT!- When you arrive they take a card from you, and they will not give it back until the end of the show which is INCREDIBLY WRONG. Seeing as all payment information is on a card, giving to a random stranger and having them keep hold of it for hours is dangerous and unsettling. THANK GOD I DONT HAVE CONTACTLESS.- On told of all of it they made us wait for over 30 minutes to get our bill, and our card back, at least Zoe apologised for the wait (but only for getting the card back).- I know they want to make an atmosphere but the music was wayyy to loud and they used too much smoke, to the point my eyes were watering.- The only positive service we received is from one of the wait staff who topped up our drinks for us.- They have too many tables in one small area, so either you have to be constantly hit in the back by someone passing or you have to hit knees with the person you're sharing the table with by going close in.- The entertain was great! And the host for the evening, Joe Black was absolutely fabulous! Id go to a show just of her! My favourite part was the song, when Im cleaning windows. I couldn't stop laughing.

Really immersive experience in the city. Underground Gatsby themed afternoon brunch with atmospheric fog and dark lighting to make you feel like you're in a 20's speakeasy in the dead of night. Staff was good about coming around and filling our drinks, we had a lovely chicken and mash meal and choice of two desserts. The entertainment was good especially the host which was funny and sang songs throughout the night. There were about 3 main acts that did two slots each, the burlesque acts were very tasteful with a vintage flair to match the environment. Really enjoyed the 'evening' as it ended about 5 PM we were a bit stunned to come back out into the light after so many drinks. Would recommend to couples but also there were a lot of hen parties there who really put effort into dressing up for the theme. Good experience
