One of the healthiest places I have ever been. All fresh food, prepared in "normal sized" containers. You can eat there or take the food to go. Free still or sparking water fountain avilable to customers, is a plus.Exotic mix of veggies and fruits.

The staff here are always outstandingly friendly and I am so impressed by the 50p off a coffee with a reusable cup offer. The amount of plastic used to package the food is very hypocritical, but this of course doesn't change the fact that that it's all very tasty and served with a smile.

The standard of this place has really gone down, which is sad, because it used to be one of my favourite places to get a decent salad from. Since they switched to pre-prepared it has just become so disappointing. They no longer have all of the salads on the shelf and you have no order the one you want from the kitchen, which means you have no control over how much dressing goes into the salad - the salad I just brought was just so oily it was not nice. The portions have become stingy and are silly for the price you pay, and there was hardly any protein in it. Not coming back.

One of my morning delights is to buy my coffee from the Beak Street branch. I do this even though we have a posh coffee machine in the workshop, but I still go there for the pleasure of the welcome and the friendly service. The coffee is also great.

Purchased the peri chicken pot, good taste, but didn’t justify the price of over £7. Served fairly quickly, managed to grab a couple of seats but the place was busy (peak lunchtime on a Thursday, so as you’d expect).Probably won’t come back, just too expensive for what it is.

The food here is exceptionally good for a chain, the salads are the best around (much nicer than Vital!) and the stews and wraps are usually surprisingly good too. The staff are really good in this branch too, I work further away than I used to but it's always worth the walk.

From a time about one to two years ago, we had memories of this place being nice, the food being tasty and the atmosphere calm and friendly. But after going there yesterday, I can say never again. The chicken noodle soup was bland and made from instant powder, the wraps were mostly wraps, very little filling. Although the sign on the shelf said the staff would be able to prepare any of the unavailable wraps fresh, that was not the case when we asked them to.The "dressing" in the "health salad" or "superfood salad", cannot remember exactly, was mostly just pure vinegar, which made it too sour, not balanced or complimenting other ingredients at all.As we sat fumbling the food in disbelief, a fast-paced banging music was penetrating our ears, conveying a clear message: "gobble and get out, gobble and get out" repetitively.Sad to see a potentially good place to have become an overpriced chain with false value claims.
