Raffles Cafe Restaurant in City of London

Came here a few times as it’s local. The lady that welcomes you in is friendly and the food is great value for money. Perfect for a full English.

Very good breakfast and great service. Prices are extremely reasonable for London but still a good quality breakfast. Definitely will return in future.

Nasty food, horrible service and stupidly overpriced. I don’t write reviews but this is just awful and unsatisfactory.

A bog-standard, bone-stock English breakfast, easy on the wallet and heavy in the belly. Get your low-falutin’, no-frills fry-up here: eggs, sausages, beans, mushrooms, hash browns, and (if you’re feeling brave) black pudding.If you’re okay with pointing at what looks good on the menu and getting a meal you could have easily whipped up at home, this place will do the job. It’s nothing to write home about, but just might be what the doctor ordered—depending on what condition you’re in. This place deserves praise, albeit of the lowest form: it’s good…for what it is.

We were sent here for our breakfast as part of our hotel deal with the mitre hotel. What a lovely little cafe this is. The service was amazing, the breakfast was lovely. The lady who greeted us both days was so lovely to us and our little boy. Very attentive. The food was served really quickly. The coffee was good. I will definitely eat here when we come through Paddington again. Thank you for a lovely start and a happy smile to our mornings! 🙂 First class! Xxx

Awesome little cafe/diner near to Paddington Station. Great cooked breakfasts friendly service and very reasonable prices. Worth checking it out if staying in the area.

It was ok. Service was fine. Only flaws were: they broke my yolk on my fried egg (they could've thrown that in the bin and used a new egg lolol) and the second flaw, which I can't rlly blame them for, is that they didn't have bubble and squeak in stock. Other than this, pretty good cafe.

I ordered bacon mushroom roll, and I got bacon cheese burger , pasta carbonara is horrible, looks like it is pasta with eggs and bacon. I didn’t find my receipt in bag as usual all the restaurants do. Horrible food

Been here several times. Much better value for money than hotel breakfasts.One of the best fry up breakfasts I’ve ever had, though I’m not keen on the sausage.The staff are nice, even though it gets very busy at times.Big breakfast menu with plenty of choice.
