Rapha Cycle Club in City of London

Heaven for cyclist..the staff were very helpful..and they have good coffee at their cafe

Excellent coffee and pastries, really nice to browse all the Rapha gear and bikes and enjoy the cool atmosphere for a bit!

I don't really agree with the way rapha branding is not inclusive to everyone but a bunch of high budget elitism that can include themselves only with private Clubs a nd all that EXCLUSIVE approach that makes sure they don't mix with the mortal cycling community. I think you guys have a few good products on paper till you look at the price.These days is incredible how everyone is so gender/race/other things high alert but when someone/brand makes this social exclusions based on buying power, it's just OK?Definitely not for me this concept of "boutique"Is sickening for so many the way see cycling.

If the staff hold the customers in as much contempt as they seem to, if they think working there is beneath them, as they seem to, maybe they should work somewhere else. Don't ask much for more than basic civility from people in customer service but that was, apparently, far too much for this one individual. There for a book launch. Won't be back.

After spending nearly 400£ , the salesperson was very unfriendly. Just too much effort to assist, nor does he except my cash.( I was given that money at the airport cash exchange a week ago)The junior salesperson showed him that the cash is still valid till Sept22. The senior salesperson refused to take the cash, nor supply a vat refund form to claim vat back at the airport. He told me to download a app( first told me 2 wrong apps to download). Now I still cannot claim vat back cause the cash slip does have the store DOC ID. Besides, store had very few items .

Although this review is not specific to this store I had to sing some praise. Came off my bike some weeks again and ripped the elbow on my winter jacket. Was only a few months so was a bit gutted. Didn’t know at the time but Rapha have a free repair service. Short version….. sent it in and it was repaired. Amazing job. Was expecting a patch but not a sewn in one!! Took me a couple of minutes to figure out where the patch was. Looks like it could be just part of the jacket. Thanks Rapha you are terrific!

Great coffee served here and lovely to see all the products in one place. Not sure I'm quite cool enough to be a regular and I'm not in a creative profession or the arts.

Attentive staff. Very busy store, so the guys have a very difficult job.Very good quality coffee is served with a smile. Attentive staff ... a pleasure to deal with.The core clothing range is very very good quality. Whilst the other ranges do stretch the average cyclist's budget.Prices for both coffee and clothes could be a tad lower, but as with many things in life, you get what you pay for.As a bonus, you can bring your bike inside whilst you shop.

Helpful staff worked out my sizing straight away allowed me to try all the stuff on in store got me all fresh items price is high end but quality is exceptional. Wife could sit and have a brew and cake while I shopped.

Really great store. Staff are helpful. We were seen by Jack who was great at helping me pick a gift and I know zero about cycling. Cycling stuff is super expensive but I find Rapha to be more affordable than a few of the other stores such as le col and assos. I have bought from all of these stores and am not sure of the difference but then I know nothing about cycling.
