the food is excellent here; really authentic and flavorful! for best dining experience come early around opening time to avoid the lines and receive better service. have ordered nasi goreng, prata, chicken satay, and chicken rice so far; all of it is phenomenal! one thing though is that the chicken for the chicken rice is a bit dry 😅 the broth is excellent though!!

Roti canai was good. Noodles were ok but the poached chicken was exactly not to the taste. The poached chicken was bland. The spiciness was missing. Staff were friendly.

Rasa Sayang serves delicious food and I have been their customer for years now. Very pleased to see that they did some work on the restaurant, it's a much nicer place now.Went there last night and got my favourite Nasi Lemak. Half way through the meal I discovered there was a medium length hair in my meal!!!!! I was immediately offered a replacement meal but I still feel disgusted by that hair... Rasa Sayang's staff should pay more attention to the hygiene in the kitchen. A hair in a meal is unacceptable! I can only hope they improve the hygiene standards. Not sure if I will go back again which is frustrating, the food is delicious but I cannot seem to get past the hair experience...Interestingly I took a picture of my food when it arrived and you can actually a piece of that hair on the picture...

Decent Singaporean food in London, one of the better ones available here. Highly recommend the Har Jeong Chicken and Char Kway Teow. However , their service is lacking and many items are unavailable on the menu .

Great authentic dishes that bring back memories of Malaysia! Very efficient + friendly service too. Everything was great (nasi lemak, Mee Goreng, roti Canai) except the fried tempeh which was drenched in a very sweet, ketchupy sauce.

I was very impressed by this restaurant as food was extremely tasty. We hadRoti CanaiMalaysian Hokkien Mee (Main)Hai Cheong GaiAnd I really enjoyed the food. It was quite busy and I didn’t feel rushed to eat or finish my food. When we did finish it did feel hurried to leave but understandable as it was busy and very much in demand. The drinks were really good and I had the quiet storm. I would recommend this place and would come back. Thanks for this.

We just wanted a late night snack and tea, we ordered some spring rolls and roti canai with teh tarik. The roti canai was the best I’ve had so far spring rolls wasn’t anything special tasted like all the other spring rolls I’ve had. Teh tarik was spot on just what I wanted. Came here a long time ago and now the place looks like it’s been done up and the prices have gone up. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I didn’t like the seating we were too close to the people next to us we could here the conversations of people sitting next to us. There was no social distancing.

I was stunned when I got my food . It was beyond my expectations . The vibe of the restaurant gives me south eastern vibes . The woman who served us -Alice - gave us recommendations and I’m glad I listened to her. The food is filling , looks really presentable , fills you with warmth and worth the money! The best part? .. it’s halal for all the Muslims out there :)It’s been open for about 25 years so I’m shocked I’ve only just come across it . Alice was lovely, good customer service and a friendly face . Everything was amazing !

Been meaning to go here for a while now and it didn’t disappoint. Delicious, authentic Malaysian/Singaporean food and drinks. The beef rendang was excellent, well spiced and very tender. The staff were also friendly and attentive and I’d definitely come back again to try the rest of the menu!

Staff was very friendly and helpful and food was good, however my friend found a broken piece of metal (looked like a staple) in his rice that he actually chewed on. This was scary as he could have swallowed it and could have potentially caused serious damage. The kitchen should be much more cautious and I hope it does not happen in the future.Prices are reasonable but it would be great if there are photos on the menu, because based on the description, it is sometimes difficult to figure out what you are ordering, especially if you are new to this type of cuisine.
