Ravello in City of London

A go to place for coffee and sandwiches. Great coffees!

You know those places that you really hope survive challenging events such as covid, financial austerity, cost of living crisis? Ravello is one of them. The food is wonderful - great wraps and salads, and finding freshly cooked, rather than microwave nuked, pasta to takeaway is a challenge in the City, let alone pasta which tastes as delicious as theirs.Plus, the cannoli is to die for.

Really great coffee.

Great place to grab breakfast, coffee or lunch. Some seating, but biased towards takeaway. Decent value and friendly staff.

I been there for a coffee and I get a Cortado,and was Very good . Nice cosy coffee shop.

I had a very bad experience here today. I went to this cafe today with my colleague, we sat inside and I ordered pasta to eat in, they brought it to me very quickly and it was cold/very slightly warm. The waiter or may have been the owner didn't like it when I told him that it was cold. I asked him to reheat it, he brought it back again within a minute still cold. The service was very bad, even though they were extremely quiet. Later that afternoon, I got a very bad stomach ache. Please avoid this place! Awful food and awful service!

Sausage sandwich, didn't ask what bread i wanted. Lucky i was happy with brown. Bread was stale, and sandwich was soggy. At £3.49 - just dont buy it. Maybe they will get the message

Nice Italian eatery in the heart of the City

Poor customer service. Greeted by unenthusiatic and unhelpful staff. Served a wrap containing cheese when I had specifically requested no cheese due to my lactose intolerance. When I returned the food the server told me she wasn't listening to me previously and would make another. The only apologetic and concerned staff were at the till after I made a complaint about the lack of customer service. I would not go back here.

The bacon and egg pot is awesome. The toast can come anything from lightly toasted to burnt. Some of the staff are less than friendly. Overall, not quite worth £4.25 imho
