Tom the bartender here is so nice and welcoming! Such a great atmosphere to catch a game and enjoy a pint.

Tom & Stephanie have made the experience & my visits to London absolutely delightful! Good drinks, good food, & lovely company! Highly recommend!!

I booked a table at the Red Lion on a Friday at 6pm to go with a few colleagues and given this pub is always so busy after work, I must admit I didn’t have high expectations that they would provide us attentive customer service. However, I was so impressed with Tom’s service throughout the whole evening. He made sure our table remained clean and once a table cleared downstairs, he moved us there. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Thanks Tom!

Guy yesterday was amazing!!Beatiful team everyone friendly and lovely!!One most important how Ash she make the Guinness for everyone!!NO STOP and was perfectlly made!! Proper boozer in the heart of the City is a rare thing these days, and the Red Lion is that. A perfect place for a pint. If you want an experience of a traditional English Pub, visit the Red Lion, you won't be disappointed.

Lovely pub in the heart of London.My friend and I enjoyed a wonderful meal; my vegan burger was beyond expectations and the rosemary fries tasted like a piece of Heaven.Our bar tender Jose speaks Spanish, what made it much easier, as my friend doesn't speak English fluently.We enjoyed 2 pints of the house IPA, as he suggested, which we found very refreshing and went well with our meals.We will come back for sure. Highly recommended!

Popped in for a quick drink at this lovely Victorian pub. Staff were very friendly, and prices very reasonable for City of London. Shame it only opens until 8pm on a Saturday evening.

As crowded and loud as it gets. Ordered several drinks which were heavily diluted to the point where I was suspicious there was no alcohol in them whatsoever. However, service was quick and bar staff managed the crowd well. Toilets were clean and well maintained. Upstairs was a lot quieter than on the ground floor.

Lovely quaint, authentic and typical English pub. Draught beer was nice and the sharing platter delicious. We sat upstairs and had the place to ourselves to begin with. We were regularly checked on, in case we needed anything, which was lovely. They could have easily forgotten about us, after all we had paid for our food and drink at the point of ordering. Very impressed and would definitely recommend a visit here.
