A thoroughly enjoyable afternoon at ‘Reform Social & Grill’. From start to finish, it was a superb experience, with courtesy, kindness and professionalism. Thank you to George and the team, for their exceptional level of service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A classic formal restaurant attached to a hotel with a very traditional menu near Bond Street Station. I had the lamb rump while my partner had the gnocci and both were prepared excellently. Staff were attentive but not overbearing. Prices are about £16-£20 per person without drinks, which is appropriate for the food and venue. Worth a visit, especially if you are staying in the hotel.

Worse afternoon tea experience and I’ve been to many in London! We were sat right opposite a very large group of young rowdy crowd who were extremely noisy and got louder as the afternoon went on!We couldn’t hear ourselves talk and hardly relaxing. We asked to be moved as soon as we had arrived and were told there were non available although there was plenty of seating around.Waitress got our order wrong as we asked for 1veg and 1non veg. Were told the non veg guest can share the veg!The sandwiches were cold and not too fresh as definitely been stored in fridge.Cakes looked like out of the Iceland shop!Scones were replaced with tiny basic plain flat cakes, cold and hardStaff gave very basic service and were not attentive at all.Not worth even the cheap deal they advertise!

This was a pretty bad experience for our last night in London. We had to wait an hour for our food and it took even longer for a guy eating by himself even though the restaurant wasn’t crowded at all. Another guy at a table of four never got his food at all. Then when our food came, the spinach tortellini came with like 5 tortellini for an insane price and the rest was just veggies. I would not recommend this place.

Mu friend and I had lunch here on a deal of 3 courses each and bottle of wine to share. We both had different meals and we both loved the food. My chicken with mushroom sauce was top notch. Service was very pleasant and obliging. Highly recommend it.

What really makes this place is the staff we got here early had a drink at the bar I recommend the genesis cocktail the bar staff were great then we were seated and the attentiveness of our waiter was perfect our wine glasses were never empty and all the food we had was just delicious an absolute gem of a restaurant 10 out of 10

Bought a deal on GrouponVisited London and booked this place for 3 course dinner with bottle of wineExcellent foodStaff were greatRestaurant quiet but that's fineIt was amazing value and I would not hesitate to recommend it.Only gave 4 stars because I thought drinks prices were pricey but I'm a northerner so London in general was compared to up North. One other thing the barman appeared understaffed as was non stop trying to please 4 different customers with fancy drinks and it was clear he was trying to be attentive but didn't really have the time so he was harassed.

Came here on one of the weekend afternoon and ambience of the restaurant is good. Great starter dishes. I ordered the beef and my wife ordered the lamb. Out of these two meat, I preferred the lamb dish cooked really tender and juicy. Beef was a bit too peppery. Lovely portion of chips that I enjoyed most on this.Overall I think the food is good. Staffs were quite busy when there were more people coming to the restaurant. However, overall I think it is a great place to be if you want somewhere cosy around central London.
