Good food but have extremely nasty staff like a female manager & the cashier. They have no people skills & how to treat customers & don't deserve to be employed in an establishment where there are a variety of customers who these nasty staff think that they can shout at & misbehave with! Ridiculous.18.3.22Tasty food & a pleasant waitress with whom a chat was had about unpleasant & cold staff who do no justice to the Cafe nor the hospitality business!

I had fish congee with fried wontons for lunch. My drink was hot Ovaltine. The lady who served us was friendly and lovely. The food was also enjoyable. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here but certainly would eat there again if I’m in the neighbourhood. Good for families and couples.

Quality, Authentic Hong Kong cuisine in reasonable price with extraordinary service not usually found in cafe/diner.

The food was average, portion size varied depending on what dishes you order. Environment was noisy and we were sharing the table with another party - which is acceptable BUT the cashier is SUPER RUDE.We went to pay our bill at the cashier after the meal and the woman asked if we would like to add any service charge as it’s not included on the bill, we declined politely as there’s barely any service provided at all (we do pay service charge at other restaurants when we’re SERVED) The woman then rudely “taught” us that we should pay a 12.5% service charge as it’s a standard practice in England. tbh how would we not know about this! If you think the service charge is mandatory, you should’ve added to the bill at the first place instead of forcing people to pay it with your “education”. We were given the option to pay, how could you assume people would pay for it, or even rudely blame your customer for just making up their choice????Very disappointed with this “service” and defo not a pleasant experience - wouldn’t come again!!

The place to be when you craves for Hong Kong cuisine. Expect to wait in line a little especially if you come during lunch hours. The food is authentic and generous portion. Love the place very much.

They served a great variety of Hongkong styles dishes. From soup noodle to Baked rice, there are loads of food you could choose from. They are in a fair price and they are tasty. Won Ton noodle with cold HK milk tea, what a unbeatable combo when I was in HK. If you miss HK, you should definitely come and try mate

Typical Hong Kong style cafe, extensive menu. They also do Chinese style bakery. Food is good enough and reasonable. Ideal for a quick meal on your own. Just don’t expect service because service does not come with a Hong Kong style cafe.Food 7/10, service 6/10, ambience 6/10, value for money 7/10.

Me and my family always dine at this cafe after we finished shopping. We live near Heathrow and the trip to just get there and eat the food is so worth. I can not express how AMAZING the food is at this place. They are by far the best chinese restaurant/cafe I have ever been to. The 3piece meat and rice is excellent and huge portion same with the sweet and sour pork which is so filling! Forever will love this chinese restaurant just wish they were nearer :(

Delicious food, one of the best Chinese restaurant in the area. Very authentic Hong Kong style cafe. Highly recommend their sweet and sour pork and their roasted meat. Reasonably priced. Will definitely come back soon.

Yummy authentic Chinese food. It's made to order in the same kitchen as the restaurant next door but it's quicker and less of a restaurant, more of a quick meal type of place. Loads of things you wouldn't find in an English Chinese takeaway. Oh yes, they do take away too. And have a Chinese bread shop too. Very busy usually and full of the Local community so it must be good. Try it. You'll love it.
