Reubens in City of London

The sandwich itself was nice but it's so pricey, the service was not great mainly because there wasn't much of it, couldn't tell us what was in the salads and there was only three small tables to be served when we went. The salt beef is delicious though and if they actually served the sandwich like the promo photos they have on social then it would be much better, theyre about half the size in real life. Don't bother with the side salad, waste of money.

Absolutely delicious and although this place is pricey it's worth every penny. We had salt beef sandwiches and they were yummy which was a good job at £18. Worth every penny. My only comment would be that the waitresses weren't particularly friendly but the food took centre stage and id definitely come again

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! FOOD IS NOT AS DESCRIBED and POOR QUALITY!I ordered a Salt Beef Sandwich and instead of having the mustard inside the sandwich I asked to have the mustard on the side. They refused and said that they have to charge for the FREE mustard offered inside the sandwich!?I was totally bamboozled and asked why? His response was "because that is the way it is". I called back to speak to a manager asking what can be done and then got hung up on.I also made them aware of the last order in which i received a half empty sandwich, certainly not how it looks in the images. He said you will get the standard weight. The issue is what they advertise in the images and what they call standard weight is HUGLY different. So different that it should be a crime!!The staff there are miserable, rude, unenthusiastic and have NO VALUE for customers who are the ones paying their bills and salaries.Absolutely shocking. this place is allowed to trade. I have already made a formal complaint with Deliveroo and I am waiting for a callback from the manager.Also what they advertise and what you get are two totally different things - Totally false advertising! Your traditional Jewish Deli. Tried their classic salt beef sandwich, was great, it had really succulent meat, the mustard had a good kick to it. They also have a variety of house pickles one must try for sure. They are really clean and fresh..

The quality of the food and service is undescribable. An unforgettable experience.

I celebrated my nomination yesterday in this great place. Well we had a phenomenal evening and the restaurant was indeed the reason for that successful gathering. The stuff participated in a very nice way, the meals were tasty and my guests were very glad. We shall absolutely visit again for more joyful events. Thank you very much.

Great food served in a fast and efficient manner. Not cheap but you are getting some high quality food.Particularly enjoyed the Reuben Sandwich and Poutine Fries.

Had a great visit to Reubens over the last weekend and it has come leaps and bounds since a few years ago. The inside is nicely redone, the service great and prices for the area and kosher very reasonable. Basically the same prices as Golder Green.Good was great but simple and great flavour. Stumbled across on a short trip. Had the burger and salt beef (Reubens burger). Was delicious. Only slight critism was burger was a little under done but I did order a medium.Service was good despite restaurant being full booked. Manage to grab a seat at the barWould come back.
