Service was really great, they were able to seat us on a Friday evening with no booking. My cocktail was delightful, it was a virgin drink so I added vodka . I ordered the GT road chicken which was less delightful. It didn’t really have a a strong taste, lacked flavour and authenticity. It honestly reminded me of the curry I had for school dinners. Aside from that the meal was good.

Had a high expectation from chicken Biryani, has heard a lot about this restaurant. The chicken Biryani is also ranked in top 5 of the best Biryani’s in london. The food smells amazing but the taste was very disappointing. The Biryani was very bland.

Just ok, in comparison with other Indian restaurants I can’t give it more than that, lamb curry wasn’t up to the expectation, the Prawns curry was really good and the Masala Chai was also tasty, prices were fair.

Great restaurant with super accommodating and friendly staff, we were seated upstairs quickly on a Saturday afternoon with no booking. Food is delicious, the prawn curry is incredible, a must try. The mattar paneer is great too. Nice casual vibes for daytime dining.Edit: revisited here and had dinner downstairs, really tasty butter chicken. The paneer side dish is very tasty, as was the chaat and garlic chilli prawns. Lamb shank was a bit fatty but overall really good food and lovely service. A lovely spot for a slightly more intimate setting than the upstairs dining room.

Nice ambience, service was very welcoming, have enough space, Food was delicious and Masala chai was the best..

Excellent for snacks and to take a break from whole day shopping near marble arch in oxford street. Definitely they need to improve on the noise factor inside the restaurant. They can add some soothing music or utilise the lower ground a bit more.

Do not disguise this as a true bred Indian restaurant. The menu seems Indian but the preparations are far from the Desi vibe the restaurant is trying to create by the ambiance and the name of the dishes. The seating is compact and the place can get very crowded during weekends. The place is a bit understaffed for the number of people they want to serve at peak hours. Overall a so so place for someone seeking true Indian cullinary experience.

Some nice flavours in the dishes I had here. Personally not the biggest fan of street food so I wouldn't come back. Was worth trying out tho as a one off visit.

Found this place on a whim! Delicious Indian Street food and cocktails. I had the railway lamb and chaat which were incredible. Lovely staff, atmosphere and quick food and service. Perfect for my quick stop meal for 1.

Couple of dishes we werent a fan of - the slow cooked lamb had a very strong lamb taste which was overpowering, but the dishes we did like - we loved! We were also given a very small table for 5 people - we asked to move, and were allowed too because the party of 6 didnt turn up! If they had, the small table would have been very difficult with the amount of dishes we ordered! 3 star rating is appropriate for our experience.
