Food was good, place was clean and generous portion. Music was too loud so we asked them to turn it down and they did.

The most bizarre experience. The inside resturant was completely empty, we then found all the guests in the outside seating area (covered and heated where you can have shiesha), there are several screens to watch sports. Half way through sitting down the music went right up so that you couldn't have a conversation and a belly dancer appeared. It was entertaining but really not what you expect on a Wednesday night, in Uxbridge 😂. Food was okay, we got the lamb targine (bit watery and they got the sides wrong), chicken kebab (2 was ordered and they looked completely different)...service also took ages but staff were polite.

I love the place . I don't know why people put this place down. The food the atmosphere is so amazing . Been coming here for years . The staff are so friendly. Yes there is music background...but that's tje whole point of feeling you are in a restaurant lounge with vibes!

Brilliant restaurant and shisha lounge! Amazing food and loved the falafel 🥙 Thank you to all the Sahara City team for a wonderful evening. Decor was superb!

Went to get food and shisha service was too slow, shisha was harsh after 10 minutes there was so many mosquitoes and flies in the place my mate even got bitten by a mosquito inside the place very disappointed with this place won’t be going there again. food wasn’t all that

Service was not perfect though staff were polite enough. Music was way too loud. You can't hear yourself think. I ordered with a large group of people and was waiting 25 minutes after everyone else received their food. I would not recommend and will be not be a return visitor

Tummy upset after eating here!!!!There is no inside, despite being asked on the phone. All seating is outside they have shelter and tables under it and a few tables both side with no shelter.Because the whole restaurant is outside everyone stands around smoking.Despite others trying to eat.Everything is served with salad but keep a look out for the lettuce 🐛bugs.Mocktails no alcohol £7.00 lol for a shot glass amount.Food gave me an upset tummy.Nice decor but that's all....

Visited Sahara City recently when eating outside resumed.I like music but the volume of the garage music being played meant conversation with your table group was impossible. Waited 25 minutes after ordering drinks to receive them. The basic food was served with oven chips and a heap of lettuce. The social distancing was non existent and no customers were asked to sign or zap in. All in all an awful experience. Shame because an earlier visit was very good.

- Excellent customer service — friendly, polite, etc- Attendant in car park was very helpful in ensuring we had car park space- Everything we ordered was mouth-watering and delicious. Rice, falafel, chicken, sauces, even the bread- Homely atmosphereI like how it's Lebanese with an Egyptian twist. Gives the food an edge in terms of taste. 😋Definitely recommend. Many thanks from me and my family. 😊

Well after spending over £70.00 on food and having it delivered via Uber. We had to reheat the food as it was cold, stuff was missing and the breads were over cooked. We have sent messages to both parties and the response we got was very poor. No offer of an apology. Such a shame as I've eaten at Sahara City and food was very good.
