Very disappointing, terrible value for money from the food to the service. I would never go back.So many things went bad: 1) the menu offered outside didn't match with what was offered inside (nor the staff seemed to know). 2) the staff didn't know about wine or what would go best with food. 3) the main course came before the appetizers. 4) when they didn't have something that was part of the dish, they didn't ask what we wanted, they threw at us whatever cheap thing they found. We had to return it twice because it wasn't what we ordered. 5) the food was average in taste. 6) the cheese platter came with two options (usually at least 3).... 7) no one asked us how was the food.... 8) they were cleaning and closing the restaurant as we were eating (not very appetizing to eat while taking the garbage out.Anyways, for a 'higher' class restaurant, below average. Wasted money.

What an amazing restaurant! They had an issue with the gas the day we went there, but they were still able to cook a lot of the food on their menu. It was really melting in your mouth! I recommend them 100% and I will definitely go back!

We hadn't booked and they had some seats at the bar, but we found out they were having 'gas' problems and couldn't cook random items of the menus. I gave 3 stars as the communication of what was available was pretty poor as was the cold calamari and main dish of 3 ravioli, but the desert for 2 and the service at the bar redeemed itself somewhat.

Bad. This was very disappointing as I have been to the Piccadilly location on a few occasions a few years back and it was great. In general the food was very bland, not at all fresh and poorly prepared. We had scallop gratin that was essentially dry scallop covered in breadcrumbs in a shell. The sausage with roasted rosemary potatoes was incredibly disappointing as what we received were hard par-boiled baby potatoes (not roasted) that felt reheated and rosemary was no where to be found. Never in my life have I left a burrata uneaten, but this was one was sour and combined with a "smoked" aubergine that did not taste smoky and just felt like cold, wet, aubergine mush, I honestly wondered if I had covid at that point. The seafood was old, there was sand in the prawns, shells in the clam ravioli sauce and the calamari was wet and tough. The raviolis and wine were the only saving grace. Although the wine was poured terribly and we were immediately asked if we wanted another bottle after pouring the entire bottle sloppily and unevenly into our four glasses. Our server Camillio was very nice and light hearted about it all, I have a feeling he's seen this all before. They even have a "make it right" function on their till that applies discounts to bad food. They were nice enough to discount the worst of this overpriced food.

Unique dining experience with Italian food served 'Tapas' style enabling you to taste a variety of their dishes.

I have to start by saying the food was delicious and very filling and worth the high price. I also had a Vanilla Expresso drink which was very strong and you couldn’t taste the vanilla and the bar tender didn’t even know what was in the drink. My reason for rating this restaurant down was due to the service we arrived a few minutes late and they were alright about this. However after this my sister and I were the only 20 somethings in the place everyone else was older. We had dressed up as this is a classy place yet that didn’t seem to matter the servers seemed to look down on us - which is highly unprofessional and made me not want to return.

Very friendly staff but service bit slow, our pizzas was a bit dry round the edges but desserts was lovely. Our coffees to was very strong & couldn't taste the Bailey's. Watch out for the automatic service charge put on your bill.
