Sara Cafe Shisha - London in City of London

Had a lovely hour here with my daughter. It was her first Shisha, the grape flavour was lovely. We are going to pop back tomorrow for another. Lovely friendly guys, they need to move to Wales as we don't have anything like this where we live! :-)Recommend the Turkish coffee too. Very nice.

Is I could give minus stars I would, costumer service was so poor, the workers are so rude, let me say that spoons and cups were dirty, shisha was ok could do better myself, asking to move every time someone was sitting down was frustrating and so unprofessional, theres not a lot of space if you're more than two people, very unfriendly workers, let me end it with the best of everything, we payed for our stuff and still got the wrong change, man should learn some maths, I don't suggest anyone going there, and yes I'm pretty sure it's Sara Coffe, the worst experience I've had so far.

If you're looking for great shisha then this is the best I've found in London yet and this is after years of trying different places. Stumbled on this little hidden gem on a dreary Sunday evening, one of those unexpected but pleasant surprises.

Ali and his team are great the shisha is good and the coffee is amazing the look of the cafe is nice and open would recommend to anyone looking to chill out and they also offer delivery of shisha if you’re wondering highly recommend plz do check them out if you’re in town!

Brilliant shisha cafe with a great atmosphere. Very friendly staff who make sure your stay is top notch!

Staff werent very friendly, had to continuously ask to get the coals changed for our shisha, however other customers (which the workers obviously knew) were constantly looked after and attended too. Shisha was OK, nothing special. Theres a reason its so cheap...

Great service. Hookah (shisha or Nargile) is nicely prepared and reasonably priced. Traditionally prepared Turkish coffee, great selection of teas, and a relaxed environment for chatting with other patrons. Great way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. I will be back the next time I am in the area.

Great accommodating staff, great location. Shisha is good quality, staff explain the flavours and top up your coals when needed. Can order teas / coffees with your shisha. Overall lovely and relaxing experience. Was looking on Google for a quality shisha bar for a while and found this one, would definitely recommend and it is good value.

10 out of 10 the place is the best place to have shisha in it even the staff are friendly and they look after their customers it’s a lovely place to come here and enjoy with your friends 👌🏻

I've been looking for a good shisha place since I got to London and tried many. One place that always stood up was Sara cafe. Over 20 years of business. Best hookah in London by far! Very friendly staff, they always make you feel welcomed. Awesome location close to Baker street station.
