Shakeshuka in City of London

Extremely poor service and rude staff. Ate a meal of hummus with chicken shawarma and salad. The food took a long time to arrive and the bread was cold. Then I ordered a coffee. When no coffee arrived after 15 minutes, I got up, paid my bill and left. Never again.

I ordered a Zataar Manakish and chicken shawarma and after 30 mins and having brought other food the waiter comes and tells me I’m sorry we don’t have those items right now. We ordered a chicken tawook and halfway through eating my daughter finds the chicken is not cooked properly and is RAW in the middle. They take the raw chicken pieces away and says do you want to speak to the manager. The manager doesn’t appear so I go to the cashier and he charges me for the raw chicken meal that wasn’t eaten and brings the plate without the raw chicken and says it’s not raw. They have no customer service and would never go there again !!!

My wife dined at the restaurant and she did take away for me as she loved her dinner. The food was fantastic. Next time will dine in at the restaurant. Highly recommended

I must say shakeShuka/Arizona the food was brilliant and the service. Mr Halem and his team provided an excellent service to me and the dancers. They looked after us very well. We are looking forward to going there again. Thank you 😃

We had a brilliant time with my friends and the food was really nice at Shakeshuka/Arizona. We dance Mr Halem and his team looked after us all night. Can’t wait to go again to eat and dance.

Great option for a quick lunch and takeout. Good option for Arabian and halal food. Nice place and delicious Food especially the eggplant. Sometimes the food is not hot enough

Awful service rude, soggy food of poor quality, rice extremely oily and poor.I came here a lot a few years ago, but was very disappointed today.I expected the £5 salad to at least be a reasonable quality and size, but it was a handful of leaves of lettuce and a tiny section of cucumber.The daily special was a rice, which although presented with aubergine had hardly 1 piece. It was swimming in oil.The small tomato vegetable and chickpea was soggy and flavourless, like it had been reheated many times.Mentioning kindly the salad looked quite small for the price the front of house said “So?!” And he walked off.I left hungry and dissatisfied, and surprised how the place has changed.I recommend you go to one of the very many options nearby.

Great service, great food, great prices. Will definitely come back. Portions were decent too so ended up taking home our leftovers. Thank you!

This is a delicious place. It is so delicious. Authentic Arabic food. The reason I gave it a 3 star is the "Ego of some of their employees" they could be really stubborn and make you feel like your coming in to eat for free sometimes. I would advice the owner to review his staff and make sure to have humble and hospitable people in front of the house and watch his business become even more successful. Remember, eating is an experience from the moment you walk into a place till you leave. And with humility and kindness and good food, you’ll go a very long way. Trust that.
