Compared to images and descriptions on the website, Shapur certainly does not deliver. Atmosphere dull, crockery disappointing and food extremely underwhelming. Paying £90 for 2 with no sides or extras is a complete and utter Rio off. If the standard had been as outlined in the website, price would certainly not have been an issue, needless to say, will be avoiding in future.

Charmless staff. Not a single smile or word of welcome. That diminishes the experience.Believe it or not we went back a few nights later because it was nearby - maybe we got them on a bad night (again) but the main wasn’t available, the alternative wasn’t available and the drink wasn’t available. We walked out.

This venue as the most amazing decor, very warming and inviting. I had the chicken jalfrezi and peshwari naan and it was super fresh and tasty. I shall be coming again!

The food is all right but the service are poor.the restaurant was not busy. It took about 1 hour to be served and I end up to get takeout box. It is a pity that the service quality.
