Service was slow it took about 15 minutes to get a drink at the bar and the staff looked miserable and were impolite. They need more staff that might cheer them up.

Had a delightful lunch. Burger was very tasty. Service was exceptional and quick. Thanks Andreea for serving us today.

Went for St Patrick's Day, plenty of bar staff so didn't take long to get a drink, good crowd of people no trouble. Will have to go back to check out the menu.

We had our daughters 21st birthday party on Saturday at Slug and Lettuce. We had a last minute venue change and Shaun and his team turned this round for us so quickly. Giovanni, Andrea and the team were absolutely fantastic on the evening and nothing was too much trouble for them. The party was exactly as our daughter wanted it. There were so many positive comments about the venue and we all loved the theatrics the bar staff did with the shots! Thank you so much for making this a memorable evening!

When you order a drink and it arrives but it's not as described, you tell the server and they say we don't have any candy necklaces or any cherries which is why you had ordered it in the first place. Had it been said at point of sale, you could then say can I pick something else! The server just walks off and does not bat an eyelid. Sorry not impressed.

Came here with my friends for a lunch for my friends birthday and was blown away by how amazing we were treated. The manager Shawn made sure we had the best time and was so lovely! Thank you so much, we plan to make this the place to have all our birthdays now!

So, I'll start off by saying I'm a vegan. I'm not allergic to anything (which is a good thing) but I am a vegan.I ordered the vegan mac and cheese which was advertised as vegan. There was an optional item of garlic bread which was advertised as vegetarian and this an add on which I DID NOT ORDER. I just ordered the vegan mac and cheese and when I ordered, I specifically stated I wanted "vegan" mac and cheese.So, when the meal arrived, I noticed there was garlic bread, which I took a bite off. As I remembered the description of the meal, I went to the bar and asked them to check my meal was vegan. Lo and behold, they'd given me garlic bread made with milk. All I can say is it's a lucky thing I don't have milk allergies, as the bar could have ended up with a lawsuit on their hands having served me with a known allergen.They were very nice and thereafter supplied me with rock hard French branch. The kind you'd like if you enjoy your bread stale and hard enough to break your teeth on.So, now on to the main dish. I'll be honest, I've never had mac and cheese with ketchup sprayed all over it before, so this was quite the experience for me. It's not one I ever, ever, ever want to repeat. Really, I never ever want to eat anything like this again. To say it was horrid would be an understatement. It was quite honestly one of the worst meals I've ever hed. "Disgusting" is the best way to describe it I thinkSo would I ever eat at slug and lettuce again? NO! They obviously don't consider allergens and they obviously don't consider quality.

These guys need to figure out how to speed up serving people at the bar. They get all these office workers walk-in the place in the evening. Instead of serving them quick... they spend ages making cocktails and having a slow service... Good ambience though.....

Always have a good meal or canapés and drinks. They have a great selection of lagers and ales on tap as well as the lovely good quality wines and the cocktails are just amazing. Top place for a get together, Birthday, parties or just a couple of drinks on the way home. Absolutely brilliant staff, especially Kurt who is super friendly, professional and attentive. Cannot rate highly enough and would like to thank all the staff for their hard worj and efforts.

Beautiful decor. Great selection of drinks with amazingly friendly staff and pretty decent prices for central London.
