We absolutely loved the Sunday roast at Smiths. There was so much choice from roast lamb and pork loin to picanha and chateaubriand 😋 The service was also superb, our waitress was very attentive making our lunch really special. I would highly recommend!

Best Sunday roast in London! lovely restaurant and very bright, it was perfect for a chilled Sunday dinner with my family. All of our meat choices were cooked very well, and the sides were exactly how we wanted them. Can't wait to go back.

I've been to Smiths many times but the last time was disappointing. We ordered octopus with padron peppers and the peppers were completely raw. Also we waited for our drinks for a very long time. At the end of the meal when staff asked us if we had enjoyed our meal, my partner said yes but the vegetables were undercooked. The waiter looked very annoyed and we then saw him complaining about the fact we complained with the manager, even pointing at us which was rude. We saw because they were literally standing 2 feet away from us. They did take the least expensive item off our bill though.

Fantastic service in a very friendly, Covid safe atmosphere. Special thanks to Rebecca, our wonderful waitress, what a warm and welcoming smile, so lovely. We will return in October 😊

We had a fun night out at Smiths with a group of friends. The place was very lively and the bar snacks were better than any I've had before. We were also given a little cocktail show which was a nice touch!

My new favourite dinner spot with the wife! Great for drinks as well as the place is quite large with a separate restaurant and bar area. I loved the steak and my wife loved the salmon. We will be back!

This was my first time having Christmas lunch in a restaurant and chose Smiths Bar & Grill due to the close proximity to my home and because they were advertising a Christmas experience. It was so disappointing! I had the scallops as a starter which were overbooked and chewy. We then had to wait 45minutes for the main meal to arrive. I had the Turkey and it was awful! The roast potatoes were hard and cold, the sprouts boiled and the portion unsatisfying, so much so that my son had to eat when he got back home as he was still hungry. The place was packed but it felt like the staff were ill equipped to deal with so many customers although they were friendly and pleasant. In terms of the venue, it’s a nice restaurant but as it being Christmas Day, I expected the restaurant to make a little more effort , for e.g Christmas crackers for the diners would’ve been a nice touch or something to make it a little more festive. Even a free drink on arrival would’ve been a nice touch but it really wasn’t much of a Christmas experience. The only positive was the Opera cake for dessert which was very nice. It’s probably a good place to go for a drink but as a place to go for Christmas lunch/dinner with the family, it’s a definite no. It really did put a dampener on our Christmas treat.

Nice friendly bar that has a very nice array of beers on tap. This includes Sapparo & Kirin for those that like Japanese beer.

·

Amazing food and environment! Perfect to go out with friends or your partner! 10/10 and prices are really good!

The service was good, and the food was lovely too. They managed to accommodate us in the conservatory area, which was sunny and filled with plants. They have an extensive wine list. We had the French Rosé which was very light and fruity. It was Sunday so we all got the lamb roast, no complaints and clean plates from all.. The lamb melted in your mouth and all the trimmings were cooked well too. To finish we had tiramisu, strawberry cheesecake and the Chocolate maki, the maki was the least favourite being a little hard, the other two were light, smooth and delicious.
