Spagbowl in City of London

Very disappointing experience. I got a large gnocchi Sorrento through mealpal. When I got back I saw they gave me a tineee tiny box, I thought it's fine, but then I opened it, and it wasn't even half full!!!!

I know this was a harsh score, given the pasta was fresh and really tasty (couldn’t fault it in fact) but the price was mental. I had half what you’d get in a Coco large, and paid more. The garlic bread was disappointing too - hard as rock, no seasoning and didn’t taste of garlic. I want to support small businesses, but can’t afford to pay £7.10 for that kind of portion size!

I was arranging catering for our work trip to London. We had all day meetings and lunch from noon-1pm. I requested they deliver at noon. Day of they said they would be there at 12:15pm. OK fine. I informed them I was down in the lobby waiting. At 12:30pm they emailed me saying they were 10 minutes away. At 12:55pm they finally showed up to deliver. I had 20 people waiting an hour for lunch and they ended up having to eat it during other presentations. This was unacceptable to me. The food though wasn't bad. I over ordered because I had no clue about portions. I would say make sure to have them deliver your food BEFORE you think you need it.

I ordered the penne carbonara .Can't fault it!Crispy bacon, creamy and very tasty .Will definitely reorder and try the other dishes. Great take away place .

Had a salad from here, very tasty and ordered with Ritual. However, my order was sitting on the side for ages as noone told me my order was ready!

It says it is supposed to close at 5pm, left for my rushed break to go straight there and it is not even 4:30pm and it is already closed nobody in there and no sign of why it is closed early. Very dissapointed as I have wasted my time on my break to find it closed way before time!

I used to come here once a week, but today was the last time. The staff changed and is nowhere as friendly as they have been. They hiked the prices and made the portions smaller. When I asked what's going on, I was told that this is the right size of portion. The container was half full. The guy who said that this was right was a guy in a suit who I never saw there before.Sorry, you really lost a customer today, man in suit.Btw, the food is okay. The prices used to be, but smaller portions and higher prices don't combine...

Sauce is too watery and very bland mixed with very dry (old?) pasta. Definitely won’t make my list of lunch places to visit again.

The pizza was a bit thick and chewy but the spaghetti was delicious, possibly too large a serving of spaghetti but that's better than too little!

You have to love this place, if only for the sheer mountain of food you get for your money. It's a monstrous (and delicious) bowl of spaghetti, covered in a well-stewed bolognese sauce. The only issue is that there's very limited space - about three seats - so if you don't have a desk near by, you might struggle to eat.
