Spaghetti House - Duke Street in City of London

Restaurant was clean, food was decent for the price. Had a spaghetti for 2. They also have all day, everyday set menu for £23. Service was ok.

The worst restaurant I have ever been to. I was surprised the place was almost half empty on a Friday night (that should have been a red flag) but I went ahead to get a table with a friend . Waiter kept mixing up our order (he seemed really distracted and tired though) He kept bringing things to our table that we didn’t order. Mixed up our food order. The taste of my lasagna wasn’t up to par. My friend barely ate her food cos the chicken was so tough (can’t remember the name of what she ordered). The calamari was tasteless, the squid cut chips was dry. We sent the food back to the kitchen to be packed and no one came to ask why we barely touched our food. I have been to other restaurants and they take feedbacks seriously. Staff members were very unfriendly. They even looked like they hated working there. No smiles, nothing. Food lacked essence and ridiculously expensive. We couldn’t wait to get out of the restaurant cos the energy was so unwelcoming and toxic. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. My advise is if you don’t enjoy the business, get out of it and stop ripping people off their hard earned money.

Really really bad. Pre made pasta, I wonder how could someone do this. I don’t refer to the ragu but to the pasta. It’s like 8 minutes of boiling. Very very bad and rude blonde waitress asks you if you have finished your meal (so that you should leave but she didn’t say it) while there were non-occupied tables downstairs.

Really nice place. Friendly family staff. The hand made garlic bread and pizzas were very good as was the spicy prawn linguine.

Delicious food as all Italian food. Just a bit expensive. Perfect service, calm place, lovely people

I had lunch with my fiancé, it was quiet and nice even though we were at the terrace table. Food was delicious too!

Very poor. Lots of free tables; this is a bad sign. Son wanted pasta sauce without mushrooms but that wasn't possible. Wife's chicken salad was naf, the chicken was dry and tasteless. My pizza was topped with slimy red peppers which I had to remove. Wrong beer was brought to me and only acknowledged when I chose a different second one, good job I have no allergies. So, bad food, a couple of soft drinks, 2 beers and a bill for over £100 for which we had no choice to accept the service included. Would not recommend unless you are starving.

A little gem of Italy, right in Mayfair. 100% recommend. Fair priced, good service and nothing to complain about!

Absolute gem of a restaurant. Had one of the best pastas ever would recommend 100% Comfortable seating and lovely staff made our day.

A group of friends booked to go here on Sunday. We booked for 8pm, once we arrived they told us we needed to be gone by 9 and they also didn’t have any pizza (which was most the menu) this was very disappointing. However staff did seem friendly and understanding
