Spaghetti House - Haymarket in City of London

Been coming in this restaurant for 17 years. No, am not working here. Just a nostalgic client of good pastas and scallopini. Still great service and amazing pastas. Not on the menu but you can order every time: Spaghetti Aglio Olio. But the scallopine is also amazing. Honestly you can try other places but realise Spaghetti House is still better. Especially in terms of value for money.

Food was really average. Sauce was like soup and pasta was undercooked. The service was most notable - as soon as we got there we felt as though they were rushing us out. Pressure to have our mains straight away but then when we were finished took us leaving before they cleared our plates? Seemed quite busy but I imagine that’s mainly because it’s close to the theatre. Wouldn’t recommend

Excellent restaurant. Very good service - staff were cheerful and helpful. Extensive menu -reasonably priced -delicious food and convivial atmosphere . Facilities all scrupulously clean !

Very nice place, good food with a very good selection suitable for vegetarian diets and vegan is catered for too. Food freshly cooked to order and service with a smile or friendly banter if you prefer! We enjoyed our visit which was unhurried and we left satisfied and happy, vowing to return on our next theatre trip....

A very convenient spot opposite the Theatre Royal Haymarket, but we had a calamari for a starter but the only good thing about it was they where hot other than that I think that I would still be chewing on them 3 days later.Most Italian restaurants also ask if you would like a Pizza slicer not expect you to cut it yourself with a blunt knife 🤔

Spaghetti House at Haymarket is one of my favourite branches from this chain. Regular servings are huge and can be shared by two. The Spaghetata option, which they say can serve up to two is actually super large and can be shared by 3 to 4, based from our experience. The pasta is very good and I always order their carbonara. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Ambience is lovely.

Booked a table here a few days before a night out at the theatre. Got to the restaurant to find a handwritten note on the outside of the place saying that they were closed due to a ‘technical fault’. I understand that a fault beyond your control might require you to close, but the very least you should do is inform the customers that have booked a table. You had my mobile number. Not a great experience.- the following day, after posting the negative review above, I received a message from the Spaghetti House group manager apologising for the problems I had experienced. They also sent a voucher towards a future meal as a gesture of goodwill. It seems only to fair to credit their efforts to make up for the previous mistake. A good save from a chain that obviously cares about their reputation 👍🏻.

Beautiful food, fast service and bill paid just in the nick of time before we went over the road to see Only Fools & Horses!Will definitely go back again!

Food not great, service not great (drinks, condiments and the bill not brought when asked). Limited drinks availability and ultimately a really expensive meal. It's a shame as I have visited other Spaghetti Houses in London and had wonderful meals.

We really enjoyed our 3 course meal here. Food full of flavour and not expensive. Wine is of good quality. Great atmosphere and friendly service. Very convenient location for theatres although you really need to book at pre theatre times. We will return.
