Food was very good but it was a shame that it took 40 mins to get our food as they seemed to forget us

Got peckish. 25 min for opening next door for sawn lake. Order spaghetti and lobster special £16, lemonade £3. £20 + I gave £3 tip. Fast, tasty and on time.

first visit to Spaghetti house was not a good start waited over 5 mins before we were acknowledged and that was by a chef . we were shown to our table waited at least another 5 mins before getting a menu .finally our order was taken we had ordered spaghetti bolognaise and tagletalle with pesto and pine nuts . our order came back very quickly , the tagletalle was ok , the bolognaise was very bland there was not any herbs , garlic or tomatoes in the sauce .Our drinks finally arrived half way through the meal , and we were charged £8.95 for a glass of chardonnay which must be the most expensive glass of chardonnay in town !definitely not value for money

I try to stay away from the chain restaurants of London, if I can. But this is the second time I've been at the spaghetti house and it once again didn't disappoint. Too much.As per my first visit, the food was amazing and reasonably priced. I especially like the two-course menu that they offer on Saturday nights. Ordinarily this would secure it 4 stars, but I have to mark it down for the service.Whilst the staff were very friendly (when they were there), it took an age for them to take our order and serve us. Aside from this, it was good.

Decent Italian staples ie. pizza and pasta for okay prices (~£48 for two). I had the chicken breast with asparagus and potatoes, which was a bit salty but otherwise good, and the vanilla pannacotta with poached clementine which was surprisingly good. The best part for me is having a great people-watching spot if you happen to get a ground floor table, due to the large glass windows.

I dined here before going to the ENO. The service was wonderfully quick and we were served very good staple Italian food with charm and no unnecessary extras.Very friendly and efficient waiters-a perfect place for before or after the ENO.

After walking by many Spaghetti Houses over the last few months in London, I decided to go to one of them to see how they actually are. In general, I don't really like chains, but this seems to be a quite small chain at least ;)So I went to the Spaghetti House near Charing Cross and ordered - yes - Spaghetti. Starting with some bread, a wine, and ending with strawberry mousse.Actually, I really enjoyed my meal there! Although "my" waiter forgot my main and had to ask again when he served my starter, I really liked him. so I did not mind. Altogether I can recommend going to Spaghetti House. The menu read interesting, so I will go there again to try something else ...
