Great food served by very friendly and courteous service. Price absolutely within the scope. For me, the best Indian I've ever visited is Indian Restaurant.

We stumbled upon this restaurant when we couldn't get a table elsewhere...we are so glad we ended up here! It was a Sunday night and very quiet with only a few tables being occupied. No idea why as the food was absolutely great, flavours spot on , good portions and not overly priced for a London restaurant. Service was quick and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Highly disappointed and very bad experience on special day. Went to celebrate birthday dinner party with friends but turned to be worst. would like to share few of the feedback and would like them to improve :1. Too costly , not worth of money. Quantity to less and almost charged more than twice.2. Not happy with the customer service.3. Food quality/ taste not good.4. Too limited menu option and half of them out of stocks.5. Basic necessity of high chair for kids not available.Would not recommend to anyone , much better indian cuisine restaurant near by.

Vegetarian must not visit this restaurant.Poor service, small portion of food, costly and the most important the taste is not good.Biryani was for £19 the portion was so small that would laugh at it. Overall, terrible service and unhappy experience

If there is half star for this restaurant I would love to give him straight away . Let me start with how it goes from bad to worse , first when we entered the restaurant we were standing for a 5 minutes and the guy was in the phone not even bothered to serve the customer which was myself and my wife ,then he noticed after a while that we are there well he didn’t even say sorry or anything just ask us to sit so we sat at the corner table of two now we ordered some foods and wine and it took us more than half an hour to come however the food came but it was so pathetic food I ever taste in my ducking whole life as I put picture of chilli chicken served with hair even I tried to call that rude guy with glass he was still in the phone busy and less important to us well that’s not enough I asked for the bill he brought the bill and he overcharged us with £ 2.50 for chutney which we didn’t order at all then I asked him about it he said oh sorry .,. The whole weekend was ruined becoz of that restaurant I would request you guys please DO NOT GO THIS RESTAURANT ever

Please avoid to go if you are from sub continent. Really rude and negligent staff, especially for Indian customers. Food quality was ok but the staff did not bother about us. We had to ask for water which was also delivered late and the smiles disappeared as soon as they approached us. Shockingly racist behavior, should be called out and reported.

The waiter was adorable and helpful. The place is somewhere between fine dining and a regular restaurant. The service is kind of regular & friendly. The portions are as of a fine dining restrau but Tasty Indian Food. Ambience is wonderful and its walking distance from tower of london.

I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews in the past for this restaurant, but I think it's under new management now. Could not fault the food or the service. I had paneer tikka starter and beef kalia (spicy!), my colleague chicken tikka and beef rezala (medium). I thought all the food was fantastic, the beef was very good quality, not chewy or fatty at all.

Food was good but the dessert was just ok.one of the icecream had a wierd taste, but when we ask about it the manager removed it fron the bill and explained that thet dont make the icecream

Every trip to London we make it a point to stop at Sripur for dinner. We've been to Brick Lane and I much prefer the Indian food at this restaurant much more than any other place. The food and service are top notch. We have been on Christmas Eve in 2016 when they were very crowded and short staffed and still experiened exceptional food and service. We also have been again in September 2017- the owner/manager even remembered us! We usually order the Chicken Tikka Masala and the Chicken Vindaloo (which is off menu and they still make it for us). The garlic naan is warm and delicious. We also love the Tarkha Daal (we almost lick the plate it's so good) and the Saag Paneer. This is a very solid spot and we will continue to stop here for dinner each time we're in London.
