Starbucks in City of London

Love the people there. And have sadly gone in sometimes where one guy has made my order wrong (he has long black hair) today he put coffee into my drink when it was meant to be cream base. Other than that everyone there is lovely and kind.

Being a regular here, I have always experienced brilliant customer service! Even in a rush hour the stuff tries to make your order quickly, they never messed up my order and they are always so nice and friendly. Location is great, and the tables are always clean. Would recommend:)

I always come back to this place when I'm around! I have the impression that they have the best coffee of any Starbucks! Great customer service, so lovely people!

Shockingly rude customer service. Both the Eastern European looking customer service assistants were Shockingly rude. (Time 26/12/2021 around 15.30 pm ) They both need to be trained how to speak politely. I have never experienced such a bad customer service in a cafe in London before. Shocking. Avoide by all means.

Terrible customer service. Asked for decaff soya latte and got the ordinary latte. They use skimmed milk instead of soya milk. Avoid!!

The place is good, the food is good. But i didn't like how the staff talks you, they weren't too friendly. But overall it's ok, decent place.

Its Starbucks, you can count on consistency. One thing I did not appreciate here is they did not bother to ask if I'm drinking in and they just gave me a paper cup charging me more and the environment!
