Starbucks Westminster in City of London

Been there last saturday, very nice place! Reallt friendly staff!

Crowded with maskless people. Limited stock available. Miserable staff. Gave me two drinks the same instead of what I ordered. Feels like it's about to close down. If it isn't, it should.

Very nice taste coffee and sandwich, but to expansive.

Cozy little starbys with kind staff right outside of St James station. Window seats good for people watching.

Nice customer service and good food choices

The first Starbucks that I had experienced in the UK. I gotta say, they don’t do it like they do it in the UK. 2 kinds of hot chocolate! Multiple pastries and drinks that we don’t have in the Us. US needs to take some notes. This food was great!

Normally a Cafe Nero guy but couldn't find a local one so happened to walk into this Starbucks where the service was amazing and the staff are the most friendly I've encountered. In particular Tatiana was very friendly and nice to talk to. I ordered a Caramel Latte which was amazing and since then I haven't been able to stop going. To anyone in the area I would recommend popping in.

Bought a small skinny latte. Hardly anything in the cup.. all foam..so much I questioned it..Then tasted it.. it was so blooming bitter I could not enjoy it.Sorry Starbucks.. but yet another fail.. I'm off to give my custom to Costa.

The trainee who took my order was extremely friendly and service oriented. However when there was an issue with my drink, Joanna the barista was not apologetic and was rather rude. Not what I need at the end of a hard days work.

Zoi served me and was very rude. It was as she was having a bad day. That's fine. We all have them. But the next customer behind me got a totally different experience. Best friends. That's not fair.
