Amazing food and beautiful venue all coupled with 1st class customer service from the staff!

The food here is unreal! So good! The service is wonderful, all the staff were so nice and attentive & the decor is lovely, the ambience is so nice in there we will definitely be back.We ordered :Shanghai Braised Pork ribs - 9/10Crispy Duck Rolls - 10/10Spicy Chicken dumplings - 7/10Mongolian Lamb chops - 9/10Seasonal vegetable rice - 8/10

Interesting concept of mixing Chinese and Japanese food. Tasty food and very nicely plated, but not the freshest sashimi (eat Tokyo is way better at a fraction of the price). Also ordered the whole Peking duck cooked two ways. First was duck pancake and the second was a duck stir fry with not so much duck in there. Where did the rest of the whole duck go?!Would only visit again if someone else is paying!

Excellent atmosphere, reasonably priced (for a high-end fine dining).not perfect because of seasoning: some dishes such as peking ducks were far too salty (both courses) where pork belly was under seasoned, sweet & sour soup also slightly over seasoned. Will probably visit again though, after all there aren't many peking duck places in London.

As soon as I walked in through the doors until I walked out, the hospitality was splendid. I ordered Creamy Corn Crab soup as starter, then had seafood hot stone for main with a drink called MEI MEI and seriously this drink is to die for. I gotta give credit to Luke Chu for his amazing hospitality. I would come back and recommend this exquisite restaurant.

A hotel outlet, serving mainly Cantonese dishes but with a Japanese name.The ambience, seating, décor and front of staffs’ hospitality are in line of what a 6-stars hotel should be.Our food – four hot dim sum, chu-toro sashimi and fatty tuna nigiri, were all served at the same time! Huge disappointment with their Taiwanese Ali-shan tea and Japanese Shencha, expected to be of higher quality when one presents as ‘specialties’ tea, and tea is important with dim sumSome of the dishes on their menu has only brief description, but when one has ‘twisted’ a traditional dish and creates his own, I reckon it should provide more information.I wouldn’t have ordered the so-called “Hong Kong style” Young Chow fried rice should I’d had known it uses a mixture of white (presume is Jasmine) and red brown rice (I was told by the chef that’s Italian ‘expensive’ rice and no complained was ever received – my bad then)Traditional har-gau comes in rose pink colour, char-siu bun is not a ‘bun’ – I could hardly imagine how the spring-roll looks like?#魚目混珠

A beautiful restaurant providing delicious Japanese and Chinese cuisine.- Stunning yet relaxed ambience- Attentive, knowledgeable staff- Extensive menu (beautifully illustrated and bound) contains a great variety of food- Comprehensive drinks and cocktail offering (I had a particularly good Bloody Mary here)- Menu items are relatively expensive, but not excessively so when the quality is considered- Opening times seem a little odd. The restaurant closes quite early (potentially due to it being housed within the Four Seasons Hotel)AMEX accepted 💳✅

Hight Quality dining at this 5* hotel. The aesthetics of the place are beautiful and the atmosphere is up matket but relaxed. The service is top notch, friendly and happy to make recommendations. There's a vegan and vegetarian menu available. Great cocktail menu on offer too.

Hidden in the four seasons hotel near Tower of London, upscale and Chinese/Japanese fine dining, defo more of a fusion place than super authentic.But I did really like the braised pork belly, it was incredibly tender and melt in your mouth and the yellowtail carpaccio was very nice. Wagyu roll was also great, and the service was good too.A bit expensive so it will be more of a special occasion kind of thing.
