Subway in City of London

What can one say about Subway really? Its exactly as it says on the tin so to speak, decent sandwiches made to your individual order for, I think, pretty reasonable prices. Cant go wrong :)

A nice little subway store- two girls where in here at lunch. They where very friendly and helpful. The store it’s self is quite small to eat in. There is also no customer toilets. But would recommend to use

Ingredients mostly of the time out of stock and the drink machine that in broken for a good few months without any sign that is going to be fixed

Got a foot long but never asked for, tastes like 3 days old, wouldn’t bother to come again

Had a great turkey breast foot long sandwich. Small eating inside, location was not crowded, meaning quick service. Overall recommended for a fresh sub. Eat fresh

Want to give it five stars but ever since the women that work in the morning were replaced by the dudes, the constantly charge more and don’t open and the open times. It’s 7:10 and the guy is setting up and didn’t even open the doors to let me in from the cold. It’s london mate, open on time. I blame managers as the guy is clearly subbing for the usual (enjoy the pun)

New staff, dont understand in footlong and half bread, charge wrong. And when I ask refund he doesn't know, he said I can't do nothing now. So he offered me free sandwich, I asked him hot chocolate he showed me chocolate cookies, and then I pointed him to machine and ask which hot drink do you have he said cappuccino, Americano, latte, I ask him cappuccino the taste was cappuccino was horrible the milk was gone off. I dont think I will go again in subway.

I'm only giving 3 stars because I have been visiting this subway for years during lunch breaks and such, and the staff always changes. Most of them have 0 desire to work and they just throw your sandwich around, don't pay attention when you tell them what to put on it, and etc. And I'm not exaggerating. The food is ok.

I opt for subway whenever there’s one nearby and I’m never unhappy, but this is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. The bread tasted stale, the turkey was tasteless and the staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Do not recommend.

Probably the poorest Subway I have tried. Not that I am a big fan of Subway anyway. Lady serving (on her own) was rushing too much, even though it wasnt busy in restaurant.Steak and Cheese on footlong I asked for. She cut it so it looked like a pitta bread, and fell apart just the same when I opened the wrapping. Bread was stuck to the paper packaging and so ripped the sandwich even more. Got more filling in the footwell of my van, than actually in my gob.The chorizo pizza slices are awul. 2 slices of chorizo cut in half and shared (unevenly) on 2 slices of flat bread. 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce and lashings (literally) of cheese. All warmed so that its soggy and falls apart when you take it out the box.Very poor effort from this restaurant.
