Sunflower Cafe in City of London

Business advice!I've been in the food business for 20 years , I have 3 restaurants in east London, I have always wanted to come to sunflower every time I drove by but it's always busy , but today it was quite and i decided to go in , i must say I really liked the place , very catchy black and yellow interior , clean, and a friendly atmosphere! but what surprised me is how can they survive with such decent prices ??? We ordered some crepes , lasagna, waffles and some fresh juices! Crepe had way too much filling in it, lasagna came with a huge amount of salad , and the waffle was piled with Nutella and strawberries!! Wow but we still liked the food, it was definitely freshly prepared and tasted great ! God bless the staff 👨‍🏫 and good luck to the owners.

I have been coming to sunflower for years , I was worried when I heard that it's been taken over by new owner's, but it was the opposite ! More staff, bright new digital menu, new furniture with the same tasty food , i was there on Saturday lunchtime with my big family , but despite the fact that was so busy in there but they still managed to sit me down in a big table and delivered the food within 12 min ! Well done sunflower 👍👍👍👍👍

Was meeting a friend yesterday morning, and decided to take her to Sunflower. Very pleasant and attentive customer service. Proper coffees, fresh delish cakes. It was a lovely experience until it got spoiled by a weird woman.

Lovely place that does fresh juice, paninis and crepes. Just wished they did a breakfast menu with a full English or similar. Also happy to see they serve illy coffee

Great coffee, they offer dairy alternatives and lots of food options. Very clean inside and nice and chilled atmosphere.

Always a pleasure. We go here for a plate of lasagna and salad. Made with love, great portions and great to finish off with a crepe!

Saw the reviews and decided to come in with my family and my child. Beautiful Mediterranean sunny feel even in December. Savoury and sweet pancakes. Paninis, wraps etc. Very attentive and caring service. They said next time they will buy avocado (not in the menu) for me when I come over.

First time sitting in. I got x3 spicy chicken tikka paninis came with a lovely salad and some chips. Definitely recommend if you old, new or just passing in the area 😊

First time here, the interior caught my eye and I was hungry so why not? Not much of a warm welcome on arrival to be honest: had to get staff to wipe table down, staff who wiped our table down didn’t offer a menu or advice we were meant to go up and order, so you could work on that as this place really is a local gem. The crepes were fresh and absolutely delicious, the coffee was great and you get an almond in a wrapper to go with it which I’d never had before but loved it! Nice, bright decor so I enjoyed taking lots and lots of pictures.

Delicious and tasty food. Lots of variety so there's something for everyone. I especially loved the chicken (sweetcorn & and mayo) panini which comes with crisps and a fresh salad. The desserts are beautiful and certainly go to the hips... But it's definitely a treat! I highly recommend this place.
