TGI Friday's - Enfield in City of London

There is no 0 star rating so I'm forced to put 1.Staff was okay. Work on kitchen as even nice staff can't change fact that food is rubbish.Worst food ever eaten on Friday's restaurant's.Burgers was so bad and meet has burn and dry.Chips small portions and soggy.Chicken lemon and house salad chicken was with no taste at all.I don't recommend visiting this branch of Friday's.

Only OK - the service was good but the food is overpriced and not as described on the menu. We ordered chicken fajitas but steak fajitas came to the table. The Cobb Salad had so many ingredients missing that it should have had a discount. Won't be back.

The food is pretty decent and the staff are really friendly.Starter - boneless hot wings - nice but didn't have enough Frank's sauce so a little dry. Main - ultimate full rack ribs with legendary glaze - comes with coleslaw, corn on the cob and chips. The main was nice minus the coleslaw which they put blue cheese in so it smelled off.

Amazing experience enhanced by all the wonderful customer service provided by Mel, Chloe & Sam..With a very convenient location next to local proximitys, this TGI Fridays has a lot to offer..After being told that there's an hour & a half wait for a table for 2, I advised the staff member that a spot at the bar would be perfect & was informed only appetisers can be served there which wasn't a problem at all.Chole made us amazing cocktails that were from her own personal experience, Mel served us with outstanding customer service and Sam brought us the energy!5* would recommend on overall experience 👍🏼

Terrible experience!! Boneless wings out of stock, kids chicken strips out of stock, first 3 cocktails ordered all out of stock!!! Food comes to the table with normal chips when we ordered sweet potato chips guess what out of stock. The standards of the restaurant are poor. Arriving at 8.30pm the floor was covered in mess this was left untouched when we left at 9.30pm. We had to get our own cutlery as nothing was on the table or offered by staff. All this when the place was dead. 100% under delivered

Went here for my leaving dinner with the department.. our table was booked for 17:30, we where seated and the first time we seen our waitress was at 18:15 yep 45 minutes after taking a seat, no drinks, no starters order nada, only thing that kept us they was chit chat.. when we finally got serviced we ordered a good selection. (My order as always sweet potato fries, ultimate ribs) besides the bad service, the food was good. The sesame chicken was delicious (didn’t like that they only provide vegan Mayo) you serve meat so where’s the full fat Mayo 🤦🏽‍♀️. The ribs where really good, missing my corn but it was good.. overall il give the food a 4/5 and the service 1/5.

Honestly one of the worst customer experiences, we booked this 2 weeks ago for my nephews 5th birthday they were happy with that. Got there the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Served the kids moulded burgers, food waiting time took forever and still dared to charge us £500 which we agreed to pay £400 but they weren't happy with that and expressed we can never step foot in this establishment again

food was amazing ribs was 10 out of 10.Nachos tasted stale and not crunch at all seemed like was heated up and tasted soggy. not much flavour to it. however service started great but ended not so great. After a while we seemed to have been forgotten about. it took ages to try get hold of a server to get our bill we had to get up and go ask someone to get it for us.

The vegan burger was amazing. In my experience, the staff are always friendly, accommodating and quick to wait my table. Also has a happy, family friendly American diner atmosphere. The place including toilets are spotless. Keep up the good work 😉

Very good place for nice food and good cocktails. Was greeting at the front desk by a guy who knew what he was doing, asked us to scan the NHS QR code as well as the menu QR code and had a mask on.Seated us at our table. Order was taken straight away and food was delivered to us quickly. The food and drinks and deserts were great but the Nachos tasted as if they were defrosted and heated. All in all good service, good atmosphere and good food, would recommend.
