Thai Pot - Bedfordbury in City of London

Ideal place for a meal before a theatre visit. 2 minutes from the Garrick Theatre where we went. Friendly and quick service , perfect for show's start time. Main meals were excellent , very tasty and well cooked. I had Lamb Massaman Curry and my wife had Chicken Pad Thai so not too adventurous but there is an extensive menu. Not 100% sure about our starters but others with us said there's were good. Happy to recommend this as an excellent venue for a pre-theatre meal.

Dishes were hot and arrived quickly. The staff were polite and friendly. Not sure how authentic the food is, it was a little on the bland side but it was tasty enough, although the soup was a little salty but was nice once I added some lemon juice from my main course.

Such tasty food. Visited with my favourite person and it can become a favourite as well. Warm and welcoming. Great food. Attention was perfect. Will definitely return soon.

Everywhere in Covent Garden was queuing so we ended up here. It’s a little bit hidden so can only imagine that this is why this restaurant wasn’t packed as the food and service was amazing! We ordered:Chicken green curryVegetarian Penang curry with tofuCoconut rice egg fried riceAll of the dishes were very tasty. The restaurant is clean and has sanitiser on each table, which I think should be standard practice for the world we live in now so extra points for them taking this in to consideration. The restaurant also seems kid friendly as the table next to us had a high chaired offered to them for their child. We will definitely visit again!

Best Thai I have had in a long time. Highly recommended

A nice Thai restaurant. The food was served very quickly and was tasty. I would probably recommend reserving a table.

Great food(Wednesday evening) and really atrentive staff. The portions on a small size (main of ribs consisted of 4 tiny pieces on the bone) for £13. Staff was nice though and we felt looked after.

Last night I was looking for a Thai restaurant and, enticed by the positive reviews, I booked at this place. Now I need to write my review as I feel the urge to counterbalance. In few words: the customer service leaves much to be desired with some unlikeable, unpleasant and flustered Asian waitresses. The facilities were tiny smelly sad dark cubicles. I would overlook all of this if the food was good but the food was just…average, if not average to low. Nothing you can’t find in any other random Thai in London. On a more positive note, it’s not expensive at all.

Super friendly staffs, great service with delicious food. The food is not so authentic tho, but still they all taste really nice.

Thai pot has air conditioning, which is the primary reason for us in a boiling summer afternoon. The staffs aren’t the happiest I suppose, but nevertheless treated us professionally. We had the papaya salad, a spicy curry, sticky rice and coconut rice. I love the coconut rice. This restaurant is simply worth a try, purely for its exceptional coconut rice.
