Lovely setting good teas& excellent hot chocolates, even white Hot chocolate. But was disappointed by the pretty expensive cakes which not really great. Will stick to biscuits next time which proved better than the cakes

One of the finest places to stop for a cake-y snack after a busy day - if you can brush off the tourists clamouring around Eros - definitely worth it. One device thing after another on the menu and the staff are lovely as always 🙏 gorgeous team :))

Beautiful, calm environment. Love all the marble decor throughout the hotel. The cafe has very comfortable seating and the service is very attentive and efficient as you would expect from a hotel of this stature. Lovely cakes and nice coffee. It is a great location and the hotel is very sleek and modern.

Very cute place to go for breakfast. A little bit pricey, but the lattes and especially the poached eggs on avocado toast were delicious! You can order some amazing looking cakes and pastries here as well!

A calm rest stop in a busy area. Nice selection of teas and cakes, sandwiches too. Very friendly service, happy to talk you through the cakes and make recommendations. Free refills on your tea pot! And other nice little touches, such as a place for your tea strainer, proper towels and hand cream in the bathroom.

The window displays lured us sweet toothed people in the door. The macarons were excellent, and the two other desserts we selected were also nice. Nothing was mind blowingly amazing, and for the price I did expect it to be better. But it's a nice cafe for a fancy afternoon tea. Will be back to try something off the menu.

Their breakfast tea is fresh, very good. Dessert is good as well. But I don't like. They don't have a normal cake. Only different dessert.

Came here for dessert at 9pm but they had run out of almost of everything so can't give it more than 1 star yes the desserts might be very good but i had a very limited option to choose from none of which i fancied.

Having walked past impressive window displays for months I ventured into The Cafe at Cafe Royal (confusing isn't it!) and was suitable impressed. The cafe is small but easily has 20 tables and serves a range of tea, coffees, cakes, and light foods from salads to cooked nibbles.If you like a dessert then try the tapioca which is simply divine, sugar and dairy free.
