Good pub. Fair prices for food and drink. Friendly environment that caters to a wide array of people and backgrounds. It's changed a lot over the years but has changed for the better definitely. My only criticism would be that the men's toilets smell horrible (it is a pub after all) and the odor does waft around the surrounding area outside somewhat.Other than that, no complaints an the staff are all great 👍

Back to this pub today after a few months - not sure if it’s under new management, but very disappointing. Sunday lunch was very poor and the drinks selection was limited. We booked a table to watch the rugby, but this was right by the gents’ toilets and smelled unpleasant. It also felt quite dusty and dirty. We’re locals, but wouldn’t go back until things improve.

Visited today to enjoy a pre Christmas meal with family. We all enjoyed our meals and the service was prompt and friendly. In all a very positive experience.

Nice pub. Visited on a Tuesday night. Wasn't busy. Staff were very friendly and Pizza was excellent. A dog friendly place. Beers on tap were very good. Not too expensive. Will be back.

I really like the layout of the pub and the space.. Nicely placed sofas and spaces for couples and small groups who want to be alone, large outdoor space for smokers and space for those who want to hide away from the other half undisturbed. Nice Ale, friendly staff and lovely in the evenings. Will recommend. Also they sell food.. Wings, fries etc.. Which was delicious. Will defo go again.
