Went there on a Saturday for early drinks. Sat inside. The place looks amazing and it's very cosy. The outdoor seating area is great and the food looked great - we'll definitely go back to try the oysters. The staff at every polite and welcoming.

1 of my favourite restaurants in the area & in London. Great cocktails & always solid food - our favourite server's named Ollie who made our dining experience outside a ton of fun. Also, the chicken dish is incredible.Dining inside is cozy & warm; in good weather, their outdoor area is vibrant & buzzing.Definitely recommend recommendations.

Came here for brunch recently, the outdoor space is lovely with outdoor heating and blankets. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pancakes were good as was the coffee. A very nice morning, slightly overpriced but nice for a special occasion.

Bad bad service. Our waitress disappeared after we got our coffees, waited 30 minutes for someone else to come take our order even though the courtyard was nearly empty. The waiter then forgot half our order (we ordered two plates and a side..) every time we come, service is terrible. We come back because food is delicious and the location is great. I will reconsider paying the 15% service charge next time however.

A very unpleasant service by Bartender Antonia. Staff need to be managed more efficiently and reminded manners are mandatory and of utmost importance at the workplace. Beyond poor and unprofessional service by Antonio. General Manager needs to take this into consideration and pay more attention on how employees communicate with customers. Training, social skills and communication skills are very much needed.

The location is wonderful, the welcoming completely professional!!The table beside the column, is very uncomfortable and oblige me to took a seat on the sofa beside my partner.Lorenzo took care of us properly and was always present! Very attentive, very smiling! We order different type of oysters; a lady brought them us with no explanation, about the origin and about the sauce that came together in the plate.A big lack of professionally in a high standard restaurant. To summarize, I will probably not suggest this restaurant to other people.

Visited for brunch. Lovely building. Great decor. However, food massively overpriced for the quality. Service wasn’t great either. Plenty of places nearby with better food and value for money.

·

The welcoming was completely great. The only thing I have to say is that I ordered 2 types of Oysters .When I received the oysters I didn’t know which is what and neither the little sauce was in the middle of the oysters plate.I am intolerant to certain ingredients and this is really important to me to know what the waitresses brings you to the table. Please I suggest you to keep this on mind for next time

Chiltern Firehouse is a joke. They don't understand modern luxury entertainment or traditional manners. Staff actively ignore patrons unless they give off an aura of "new money" and it's embarrassing. Would have happily settled in for a session, if we'd been served. Went elsewhere for a much more enjoyable and tailored time.

Thoroughly enjoyed the experience which was vibrant and fast paced. Which whilst being it’s strength, is also it’s downfall as it meant it didn’t feel quite so special to the diner. Just based on the food, I think it was a tad overpriced but the experience was worth it.
