One of the best kabab I have had in a long time. Whenever I am traveling from USA to any other country, I be will try their Persian/Iranian restaurant to be specific their version of kobideh kabab. The staff and owner are very professional and nice, their atmosphere is cute and warm and the food was excellent.

The food was not as good as expected. Been to many Persian restaurants and with the level of pricing they have at this place the quality of the food is not matching. The service though was top level and our waiter was excellent.

+ Service+ Cozy ambience+ Lamb chops were exquisite+ Free soup on the house- Expensive, value-wise, 40 GBP per person without drinks- Everything that was not meat in the dish was sad.- A bit more guidance from waiter would be helpful to choose the dish, certainly at this price level.

Unfortunately not the best of experiences. We went here on the high number of good reviews and having been there, for the life of me I can not understand both the number of reviews this place has and more shockingly the number of good reviews. It really doesn't deserve it. The food was average at best and price is on the high side especially for what you get. Firstly we didn't get fresh bread as the oven was out of commission and instead we received some packet pitta bread. Not ideal but we should really have been told before we sat down or when we were ordering as we would have gone elsewhere. However, saying that they didn't charge us for the bread. The starters were pretty standard. For our main we had a chicken and lamb skewer. Lamb was ok, but the chicken was really, really not ok. It was like chewing on a boiled piece of chicken with no flavour. The service was very good and we got some complimentary tea.Overall we wouldn't go here again. We love our Persian food and so many other better Persian restaurants to go to.Would have been 2 stars at any other place but because of their prices have to knock it down to 1.Edit: In response to the owner reply - Yesterday I went to Sadaf in Kensginton (feel free to read my review on Sadaf) which reminded me of just how bad your restaurant is....and as such it warranted an edit. Compared to other Persian restaurants like Alanouk, Hafez and Berenjak I thought my review was fair. I have no reason to make it look like a recent review. Saying that I am surprised by how many 5 star reviews you have based on the quality of your food. Maybe you should go back to doing what you do best, which is serving overpriced mediocre Persian food. You would think you'd have better things to do over the festive period than reply to 5 month old reviews.....seems like you're the one suffering from boredom.

Oh my god. Is food just better in London? The food here is amazing and the service is fantastic. The owner is super nice and welcoming. I highly recommend the chicken and lamb kebab. It was so delicious and well-flavored. Probably some of the best kebabs I've ever had. And based on the other reviews, the food here is really authentic. And the portions are huge (like Texas-sized portions) so make sure to come here hungry! There are some outdoor seating options and some indoor seating as well. I'd definitely recommend trying this restaurant!

Delicious Persian food. Iran Restaurant does it all so well, the food and the service. And the fresh made bread makes it even better. Keep in mind that the portions are big.

After a nice walk with our dogs. We walked passed this restaurant and were very intrigued with the portion size and how delicious it looked. So we decided to give it a go.It did not disappoint. It was delicious!! The food was so flavourful. They are not stingy on the spices at all. We will bring our friends next time!

Although the staff were attentive we did not enjoy the food, we were hungry so we ate it. The area is known for having pricier restaurants but the food did not represent the price. Our mixed grill came out wet and oily, I believe it may have been defrosted because there was no taste of freshness or that charcoal aroma I'm used to. I just think it's a shame that it was not made fresh. The atmosphere is nice and seating is romantic but major improvements need to be made on the food. Maybe we went on a busy day, all other reviews seem positive but that was not our experience

The best Persian food I’ve had in London, not to mention some of the best service I’ve ever received at a restaurant. Owner and waiter were so friendly and we had a lovely chat. The food was cooked by a very experienced chef whose been in the game for over 45 years. The best Koobideh I’ve ever had, literally the meat melted in my mouth and was so juicy and full of flavour. Can’t wait to come back, we travelled from far just to come here and did not disappoint.
