Sat down, asked waiter for an allergy menu as my grandson has a nut allergy, he didn't seem to know what we were talking about. He went to ask the manager who was the most rude obnoxious person I have had the misfortune to have a conversation with. He said 'we don't have an allergy menu, we asked could the packaging be checked and wasn't it now a legal requirement to have an allergy menu? His response was to literally throw my daughter, 2 grandsons (age 6 and 7) and myself, a disabled lady out saying they couldn't serve us. Not only is it a legal requirement to supply an allergy menu, he was discriminatory and rude. I am reporting the restaurant to the relevant bodies on Monday.

My family just had awful experience in the Tower bridge kitchen. It looked lovely upon entry, but after asking for an allergy menu to the waiter, who looked confused, we were then approached from whom I can only assume was the manager, who proceeded to tell us that he did not have an allergy menu and refused to serve us. He then stood by the table to wait for us to leave. My nut allergy suffering son is 7 years old. Despicable treatment. Whilst I understand that no one can guarantee a food to be allergen free, providing an allergy menu detailing ingredients is actually a legal requirement.

I had spaghetti bolognese without cheese, it was the best I've ever had! I also had a virgin colada that was delicious :) the staff were very friendly too and made us a pizza from scratch as they didn't have any left :)

The reviews for this restaurant were good so my friends and I decided to try this place out. The service was great, especially the gentlemen serving our table. He was polite and interacted with us. The food was also really good, I ordered the chicken shish. I highly recommend it.

The atmosphere was amazing( very chill). The service was great, very polite/ understanding staff. The menu had lots of options to pick from. The food came quickly and was hot.I would recommend you try the pastas specifically the pennoni alla arabiata

Based on the high ratings I gave this place a try.I should've known it wasn't going to be a good experience when they brought the menus over on dirty A4 pieces of paper.£22 for a mixed kebab which consisted of chips with 4 pieces of fatty lamb and 4 pieces of chicken. £19 for lamb chops that arrived cold (clearly microwaved as the plate was hot). The gentleman who served us was the saving grace of the whole experience. Will not be returning and I don't recommend anyone going there.

I had lasagna, when it arrived you could clearly see it was microwaved and left to stand due to the skin on it. Tasted like it was a ready meal.Lamb chops were served cold.Only 2 other tables in the restaurant had customers. I now know why.Not ideal to have menu's on A4 paper

We decided to try Tower Bridge Kitchen for our Dinner as it looked like a lovely homemade style pizza restaurant and they had an offer on the board outside for a margarita pizza and pint for £12 which sounded great for London centre. Unfortunately we were let down on service and the offer. There were only 3 other tables occupied however service was limited. I asked about the offer on the board and was told it was a lunch time deal, it didn't state this on the board and at 19.30pm was still being advertised. I suggested she should write that on it or bring the board in. she said 'she didn't know ' and shrugged off the suggestions. Disappointed ,we ordered anyway. There was only 1 choice of draught beer, Cobra(incase anyone fancies the LUNCH deal) we received our pizzas approximately 30 minutes later and they were lovely, good sizes and very tasty. We did have to flag the waitress down to order more drinks and the table next to us had to flag her down for parmigiano for their pasta as they hadn't been offered any. No one offered us any pepper or parmigiano either or came back to check everything was OK. When receiving the bill a service charge of 12% was already added. Due to feeling like we really hadn't received great service we asked if it could be changed to our own choice of tip and we were told it was company policy she didn't know how to change it , sorry and again just shrugged. We came away from our experience here disappointed and wishing we'd just tried somewhere else as soon as the offer wasn't on as £53.50 for 4 beers and 2 pizzas with mediocre service wasn't great. The picture is of the board still out false advertising at 9pm.
