Really disappointed. Have frequented restaurant many times and been very happy. 3 of us travelled there at 6pm tonight. After waiting outside a guy came to the door and said they were closed. No sign to say closure expected. When we queried this another man came to the door and said closed for private party. The people inside were a group of men we'd seen there often before. We explained there were no signs up and we had travelled a distance to go there but the guy shrugged and wasn't bothered. Shame our money isn't as important as their 'friends'. Will not be returning if this is their attitude to customers.

Nice spacious Chinese restaurant situated in China Town. The service was swift, food was great, courteous waiters, and a good ambience. We tried their Singapore Fried Vermicelli Noodles, the Malaysian Style Fried Noodles, Hot Kung Po Chicken, Deep Fried Squid with Salt Pepper and Garlic. A bit on the higher side of pricing but, good experience overall.

Hi,We were regulars for takeaways for couple of years and it was the best one around. Recently something's must have changed, as the recipes are blank, all various sauces taste the same, watery, with burned sesame oil and smoke. The best ones also disappeared from the menu. Awaiting times went downhill as well. Such a shame.

Foods okay. Not the best not the worst in the area. What is shocking is their customer service. Ordered a delivery and was given a 45min waiting time. 1hr later takeaway arrived. Not really an issue in my mind. I then find out the pancakes are missing from the duck and pancakes. Annoying but I ring up and promised the pancakes ASAP. 30mins later no pancakes, cold duck and the rest of the food long gone (eaten) I’m now a bit peeved and feel begrudged to pay £10 for the duck. I ring up and ask if they can offer anything for the inconvenience and suggest maybe a refund for just the duck would be a nice gesture. I can hear the ‘boss’ in the background rudely shouting not to offer anything, nothing, nought, zilch, nada. With the duck in the bin I won’t be going back.

Avoid. Gave me food I was allergic to then refused to apologise or refund meal cost, shouting at me down the phone that there were no allergens in my meal. There was nothing visable in the dish but I had a pretty nasty reaction to it so I’m sure there was. They just don’t take any care over allergies. I’m allergic to chillis and peppers. Yes, that’s a pot of chilli sauce in the picture which was in the bag with my meal.

After reading the reviews I wasn't too sure if I will visit or order from this place but I'm glad I did.I found my food to be very tasty and was very happy with the hospitality.Ordered it just before the rush hour so had a fresh and warmish food.I know few people have not enjoyed the food there but I certainly have and will visit soon. I recommend ordering outside busy hours to enjoy the good flavours.

We waited for 2 hours for delivery even though we live about 400 metres away. I know I could have picked it up but I'm an incredibly lazy person. The ribs were basically just a box of bones, ironically, exactly how I looked after waiting for 2 hours. Rest of the food was pretty decent. Oh, and we rang in excess of 30 times with not one person answering. I honestly thought I was descending into madness and questioned to myself whether I had actually even ordered food.

Avoid! Customer service is terrible. They now have a new policy in place where they will no longer make any substitutions to their menu items unless you are happy to pay more; even if you have an allergy. When this was challenged, the girl explained her boss would shout at me if I spoke to him; apparently customer loyalty also counts for nothing. They charge a surcharge for delivery & to pay by card. Other local Chinese takeaways do not charge these fees and are much more accommodating. Call Dragon King in future!

Best Chinese restaurant I have ever been. The owner / chef is from China, He is really kind and the space in this restaurant is not too small. It's not like the restaurant that you been in China town. It's a place that you can enjoy a good meal! They also sell Japanese sake as well which is nice too!
