The Marmor Grill in City of London

Our 2nd visit for afternoon tea with bubbly and we were not disappointed! Good quality drink and food. Friendly good services. Recommended. (Waiting time was a bit long as there were many tables came in at about the same time.)

If you're staying at Amba Hotel Marble Arch, you cannot skip their breakfast buffet. Everything here is so delicious and generous - from croissants (so juicy and delicious), fried eggs, fresh prunes, figs and Greek yogurt. Everything is so so good

The staff new nothing about something that was advertised on another platform. That was not the problem because they handled it well. The food was not that good at all. There was no flavor in the fish and chips or the Indian food they had. The waitress was visibly getting annoyed with us because we had coupons, so they should work on their customer service skills

Unfortunately I come to the bar alot and the bar is great however, I had a meal at the Grill for the 1st time and I have to say the steak was awful. I was so surprised! The staff waiting on tables were sweet when we saw them but they never bothered with us or other guests after the main meal was served and cleared. We constantly had to ask them to come over for drinks! Disappointed as like I said I come here for drinks alot and the bar is great but food and restaurant staff need working on! Ps DO NOT ORDER THE rib eye steak. Tough, cold and chewy with notaste! VERY DISAPPOINTED! Waste of money.

The customer service was below average and not satisfactory. The waitress left whilst mid serving us to assist other customers! We used the Groupon voucher and the food was not as expected. We ordered rib eye steak it was not as we ordered, it was chewy and cold. Very disappointed! I have been here a couple of times for drinks but would not be back for food!

Really nothing special. Here for a Groupon meal deal. My steak was good my partners welk done. Not medium. Our waiter the oldest male was.not very friendly and kind. He stand on my partners feet 2 times while serving , without any excuses. And for further customers next time, the word "dessert" do not build a sentence. For the price ok but there are much much much better places....

Served us lamb spring rolls when we ask for veg spring rolls. Lamb spring rolls was not even on the platter menu we ordered. Im a vegetarian & specified it. I bit into a lamb spring roll. I'm fuming. Then they charged us for the lamb spring rolls. Disgusting disgraceful Dishonest organisation. There was four of us we didn't pay the service charge as we was served the incorrect order, because of this we didn't have dessert either. 👎🏽

Fantastic service, great tasting food, lovely atmosphere. There were some issues from the kitchen, but the service and taste made up for it! Definitely will be back!

Very nice steak and friendly waitress. Recommended.

We went for dinner mid week. Used the Groupon voucher and did get very good service from our waitress. The steak was nice and we have some Malbec with our offer which was very good as well. It was a nice atmosfare and we were listening to some good but not noisy music inside of the restaurant. Will recommend to my friends and family as a treat during the week.
