An ideally located hotel for exploring Marylebone or attending medical appointments on Harley/Devonshire/Nottingham Street. The staff are super friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. It was touching to be remembered when returning.Lovely lounge area for spending the day drinking tea, gym, cosy cocktail bar and a busy restaurant.

Visited this hotel last Summer for the second time! I love the food, staff and the location is excellent! You can spend the afternoon shopping in Oxford Street, Bond Street, and relax in Hyde Park. I love the attention to detail with their interior decoration here! The bars are very nice and we loved our food too! I prefer the Cocktail Bar but the Brasserie is nice too! They have really nice event spaces too! Whether it’s for a luxury fashion event or private dining they can accommodate!

Tatiana and the staff made our stay incredibly special. It was our first time away since our wedding and we didn't have a honeymoon. We were warmly received. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room had a wonderful shower and we had breakfast delivered to the room, which was very lovely. The room had everything we could need. The Marylebone is close to Oxford Street, Baker Street, the nicest shopping areas, lots of cafés, restaurants, a cat café...

The Marylebone Hotel is most definetly one of the best places in the world to stay, especially when you wanna spend time in THE European town for Christmas. Though November 2021, this place definetly was still under the Covid-impression, the team took every initiative to make you feel "as always", and when the lounge and the bar are back in full force, this hotel will definetly be worth a visit. I´ll return this year anyway. The reception team and the concierge will help you out with any wish that you have, restaurants and museum reservations included, and the closeness to Regent Street, Mayfair and Marylebone´s Baker street makes it the best destination for shopping. The breakfast is first class, and even in Covid-turbulences, great staff. The only thing I´d permanently criticize -and I do for some time- is that the spa complex is closed at weekends around 20 o´clock and in central Europe, it would still be open for travellers till around 22 o´clock, f.e. Sunday after walking around town. That´s a bit sad. Seeya soon!

We stayed here for three nights at the end of November. The hotel is in a wonderful neighborhood. The photos posted online of the rooms were attractive. However, the classic room we had looked old and dated, as if they haven’t finished renovating all the rooms. What I will remember most about this place are the long, narrow, boring grey hallways, the strange way the toilet paper holder was placed, making it easy for the roll to come off. It should have been placed in the opposite direction. We also joined a free walking tour, our first time. There was only one other person, a hotel staff, who joined us. Not knowing the etiquette for tipping, we gave her £20 for both of us. She said she can now buy a cup of coffee with it. In retrospect, we found it a bit offensive to quantify the value of our tip. I’m sure £20 can buy more than a cup of coffee, even in London. It was the only currency we had from a previous trip. We arrived from the airport less than 90 minutes before the tour. The pool was a bit narrow with 3 lanes. But two persons can swim per lane. The gym was extensive. Make sure to go to the pool early so you can have it all to yourself.Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I am writing this review after much consideration and while still in the hotel. I want to choose my words very carefully because I want to be as accurate as possible. This is absolutely not a five star hotel. The prices most certainly would lead you to believe it is, but nothing past the lobby gives it that distinction, whatsoever. I have travelled all over the world, and have never been more underwhelmed top to bottom. The service, the rooms the inconvenience of the building (each floor has different elevator paths, the light switches seemingly work at random). When we arrived they stuck us in a room with a twin bed, even though the hotel was empty and we paid for a deluxe with a king. Then the second room was filthy, with sheets that had stains on them. When we entered the third room the gentlemen informed us they don't have king beds, but only twins that are arranged together to feel like a king bed. The staff is nice I will say that, and they did what they could, but overall its bare minimum accommodations and totally lacks luxury. It really feels like a Hyatt with poor lighting. The photos were def. misleading. For the price stay at one of the established five star hotels around the area.

Second stay here after a hospital surgery on Harley street. Lovely hotel but my room was a tad dirty and not what I wanted to see after major knee surgery. Needed a good clean and hoover and new curtains. I’d still give it 4 stars for the staff and food.

The Marylebone Hotel is a gem in the heart of London. My brother recently had his wedding there in a fabulous setting, we had a drinks reception in the wonderful courtyard which was beautifully lit up in fairy lights; followers by private dining in the Blue room, Art Deco style. Staff were very courteous, friendly and professional.A big thank you to Bianca the Wedding events co-ordinator and Ben England. Both absolute stars including their amazing team to ensure that everyone had a magical and memorable experience. A highly recommend hotel.

I love the cocktail bar at this hotel, I go for drinks in the cosy surroundings. The staff are attentive, the drinks are costly. There is a lovely log fire, which I've not had the chance to sit in front of yet, despite my repeated visits. Great ambiance. I love this place and return time after time!

Lovely friendly staff. The hotel has a nice cool vibe, albeit understated . Not the first name that comes to mind when you think central London luxury hotels, so it's a hidden gem if you want to stay away from the usual suspects
