Lovely pub. Booked a table for the 6 nations, good screen viewing, nice pints.

Such a friendly place in comparison to other pubs in the neighborhood— great atmosphere, decent food, helpful staff. Been now several times and I recognize patrons which doesn’t surprise me — this is a go-to place!

There are many thing that can be improved, and the best place to start is from food. On the night we were in there were not many people, but the service was extremely slow, BBQ chicken wings were very dry, and sweet potato chips were so soggy that it felt they were microwaved instead of deep fried.

Nice pub, located just off the beaten track, some out side seating too for the warmer days. Beer was good and staff were friendly and helpful.

The Sunday roast was extremely tough and fatty. Everything around it was tasty but the meat itself wasn't worth it at all. One of the bartenders rolled his eyes at us when we ordered a few cocktails, not sure why. The main bartender was great. A bit overpriced for the quality of food. I wouldn't go for food.

One of those rare pubs that is not owned by Greene King. Lovely service, well kept beers and passable Sunday roast. #sundayroast
