Excellent settings with high ceiling and chandelier lights. The English breakfast is very good with great blood pudding and sausages -half portions would be sufficient. Breakfast service is decent and the staff are friendly. The bar food is excellent especially the short rib beef with poppy buns and butternut squash arancini.

Pretty disappointing place. Food was ok, not at all impressive. The veloutĆ© was good though but plate was not hot.Xmas pudding was far from being a memorable one.Donāt hire the place for a company eventStaff was nice and friendly

Food was good, a bit overpriced. Friendly service but somewhat erratic

Poncy but exceptional food. I could actually taste the care that had been put into my food. And I am not a foodie in any way

Had a breakfast meeting here, nice quite place with plenty of seating. Decent menu and the food was delicious and we'll presented, had poached eggs with mushrooms, well recommended. Pleasant staff and you can take your time, you're not rushed to clear a table. Will definitely go again.

A lovely place for a lunch. Great food and the set menu is really well priced. The steaks are just beautiful really well presented and taste delicious. The waiting staff are attentive and helpful and make sure you always have a drink. Canāt recommend enough, looking forward to going back soon!

Great food & drinks with fantastic staff. On the pricy side though!

Reasonable city lunch spot. Despite Marcoās name this is the Wheelerās formula of basic lunch classics with a lighter touch than the old city beef-and-port fare. Good range of fish dishes and all at a reasonable price for the location. Good set lunch option for Ā£24-ish. Somewhat lacks atmosphere and itās not packed every day, but for a quieter business lunch Witt good separation between the tables then itās ideal at the price. Workaday rather than a ādestinationā.Bar at the front is rather a ācorridorā and not great when full.Service has always been friendly and characterful and this is what saves this spot.

Great French oriented restaurant, the dishes are pieces of artwork and taste even better then they look. The bar is a great place for a drink. Had a fantastic time here.

My first time at Wheeler's was at St James. This time around, the food was lacking in the quality than the first time around. The chips I had was of variable quality. I wasn't even sure they were triple cooked chips. The fish was cooked well with a good light batter but it was lacking in flavour and Flair. The starter of Dublin Bay Prawns was only let down by the freshness of the prawns as it was well flavoured. But otherwise I was disappointed with my outing at Wheeler's this time. Might be quite sometime before I give this place a 2nd chance.
