Great service and location for relaxed afternoon tea, highly recommended.

I took my niece to the Rosebery for afternoon tea as her Christmas present. It didn’t disappoint at all! Our waitress was extremely friendly and kind and good with kids. The sandwiches and sweets were fresh. We enjoyed it a lot. At the end my niece got a Harrods’s teddy bear as a gift as well which made her very happy 🤩

Quintessential afternoon tea experience on every aspect! Great food and service from staff, beautiful place. My special compliments to Yuri who was our waiters and had great knowledge of the tea and impeccable services which made the whole experience very special for our family. We had high expectations about this visit and Mandarin Oriental went above expectations!

Very disappointed. Service was really bad especially the Asian Waitress in the green suit. We felt like not welcomed in this restaurant. I asked for afternoon tea menu instead of saying “of course” she said “ Do you want afternoon tea menu?” We were like yes that’s what we asked!We weren’t happy with the service at all, really slow and we had to call them every single time. No one came to ask if I need anything! Afternoon tea was good, nice tea but sandwiches were dry and tiny. Burger was awful, we got well done instead of medium well that’s the only 2 options well done or medium well!I booked as Fan of MO member and it’s my BD which I mentioned in the booking. No one explained to us what the benefits of Member and no BD treats. So disappointed as it’s in Mandarin Oriental Hotel, we were expected better experience and service. Wont recommend to anyone and never ever go back!!

the kitchen is great! but the service is bad. with a half-empty cafe, they gave a table in the aisle. they forgot to bring dessert, the bill was brought ahead of time without a request. service spoils the impression of good food.

Afternoon/early evening tea. On the pricey side but it is all you can eat, so that takes off the edge slightly. The sandwiches are on the "dainty" side, literally bite size, but there is a good variety. The service is attentive, friendly and yet they give you space to enjoy your experience without fussy interruptions. Overall, a very well thought out and satisfying experience.

Really nice atmosphere. Pastries were amazing. Sandwiches were nice. Unfortunately, one server or hostess (not sure which she was as she had a different uniform) was not the most welcoming/friendliest. She made it seem as though we were wasting her time. All the other staff were really friendly and helpful though.

Very nice decor, love the seating and the atmosphere. Went there for an afternoon tea as read many good reviews before. Unfortunately turned out to be quite disappointing. Food was so so, I do love the jams which came with the scones; was served by an unfriendly staff member who ruined my whole experience… :(

Great experience. The staff here are excellent and customer focused. The dining environment is ornate yet comfortable whilst the food served is quite unique, with a selection of attractive hot or cold choices which are tasty and reasonably priced considering the location. After a leisurely late lunch here we felt recharged, enabling us to continue exploring Knightsbridge. Recommended.

The afternoon tea at the mandarin was a lovely experience. The service was excellent and the food lovely, the atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. Marco was brilliant really made the experience so much more pleasant and made us feel so welcome! Definitely the best server on the floor. We will be returning because of the lovely service received and atmosphere.
