The Wine Bar in City of London

Excellent location but I was a little underwhelmed by the variety on the menu. That said, the pork belly and mutton pie were delicious. Looking forward to trying the wine list in the future!

Nice wine bar with some genuinely nice organic wines! Has a good atmosphere. I'd recommend making a booking if you can as it seems to get pretty booked up (we went on a Thursday evening). We managed to get a seat for two people, just had to wait a little, at the edge of the room. Lots of nice small plates as well as main dishes.

Good food, good wine, but staff spread too thin to provide adequate insight into wine selections and menus. Very much a busy location, great for post work meals but you get what you expect in the City. Staff could do with being more dedicated to their sections. Unfortunate experience with a waiter walking headfirst into me and then giving me a dirty look. Supervisor very kind and doing damage control but offered very little except “I guess you didn’t see each other”.Would return for convenience and likelihood of high staff turnover, but don’t love the current staff experience.

Modern and cozy décor. Great selection of wine. They are also part of a super cool initiative that donates some money to homeless people (which is super cool). More about the initiative in the yellow card in the pic bellow.

This place is not just a wine bar/restaurant. This place is more than that.If you are looking for a party venue, this is the place. Great, convenience and safe location for you and your guests, wines are of course very nice, but foods also phenomenal, service…? Doesn’t matter when you visit, the service is high quality constantly. The event manager is very helpful. We had our wedding in Nov, and it was a speechless. Not just us enjoyed the day at Vinoteca, our guests don’t stop talking about how great & lovely looking the venue was, service was extremely high standard & what an amazing tasty foods they had for our wedding breakfast. The journey of organizing our big day with the event manager was so smooth, stress free, supportive and she made us feel very special throughout. Words cannot be described the amazing time we all had. You must just try this place!

This venue is superb,we went to a family wedding reception....it was wonderful.😊 The restaurant was beautifully arranged for the event, the staff were super helpful and friendly. The food and wine was magnificent...delicious flavour's and presentation throughout the afternoon and evening.Thank you for making our special day complete and our time in the restaurant extra special. 10/10⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟

I had the pleasure to be with these guys for a couple of weeks. The work they do is impressive! Excellent food, splendid service. The manager Sergio and all team members are attentive and passionate with their work. Thanks and well done!

Good service, good food, good value. Great business lunch spot.

Not very busy when I arrived. The trout was tasty if a little dry. The coq au vin delicious once I had used some of the bread to soak up the sauce. The best bits were the crumble and the wine. Will be back to try some of the extensive wine list.

The place is really cute. Dim lights, very good service and an intimate atmosphere makes it a very eye-pleasing restaurant. The problem was the food.The starter wasn't really appetizing to my taste with the ham being overly salted and the eggs completely salt-less. Same with the chicken which - being a main - I found a bit small in portion and not tasty at all. Again, not enough salt on the overall dish and the chicken wasn't seasoned at all. Lastly, I chose the cheese as dessert hoping they would bring a small selection of it like I have seen doing in many other restaurants but they only brought a large piece of very strong cheese, which completely overcame the jam it came with and didn't really impress me.A real shame, but I don't think I'll be back.
