Time & Space in City of London

Came across this place in search of dinner. The lady helped me kindly to a table and advised me for food and drinks. I said that I’d start with 3 mezzes and if I was still hungry after, I’d order some more. Eventually, after having brought my wine and food, nobody turned to look at me or my table anymore and I was left with an empty glass and mezzes but no bread, for at least half an hour. I would have ordered more if someone would have asked me how I was doing. Eventually decided to pay and leave, since I couldn’t get eye contact and nobody checked up on me. There were two people working and there were only four tables occupied (including myself). Would have thought there would be more than enough time to deliver some higher quality service than I received. The food and wine itself were OK. Oh, and they don’t take older notes, apparently they can’t use them.

I’ve been to this restaurant a couple of times and it is so good! The hospitality and food is brilliant. We were there as a group of friends and it was really relaxing and comfortable each time we went. The cocktails are really good, the food is delicious. The hummus and pita bread is the best I’ve ever had!

Came Saturday around 5ish just for drinks and didn't need to book luckily. Staff were friendly and cocktail offer (2 for £14) was reasonable. Nice decor inside with an intimate feel 👍

A pleasant space, with good service and reasonable prices. It's somewhere that had plenty of tables free on a Saturday night and so good for walk ins. The hummus was pretty weak, but the bread and falafel were decent. I would have preferred the table wasn't dressed with plastic flowers

This place has won my heart over the minute I came in. We randomly popped over as we were starving and we did not know what to expect. They welcomed us with a big smile and made us comfortable. The food was decent and the price was alright. The random early dinner turned out into a nice memory.

Perfect cocktails at a fantastic price!!! Staff were amazing!! already recommending to all my friends , perfect for pre or post dinner. class bar great atmosphere. The old fashioned is the best I've ever had.

Amazing food, amazing service. The staff was incredibly friendly. They have a regular lunch/dinner menu as well as a brunch menu during the weekend, which includes a build-your-own pancakes/waffles. Great for a couple of people or larger groups.
