Milkshakes are 5 🌟 but depends who is making it because some staff members put loads of milk and it becomes as runny as the bottled ones in the shop, disappointing considering you're ordering "premium" shakes. There's a male staff member that always gets them right, super thick iykykFood is not worth it at all. Just don't do it.

What I like the most are the milk shakes, they are very good as well as the food and they also have a menu for children and a game sheet with colors for them. In case they need they also have bathrooms.

Average experience. Staff were friendly but food was slow (there were only three table busy during a quiet weekday lunchtime). Crispy chicken burger was very good, with lots of delicious sauce. Turkey hotdog was also a hit. Drink came in a can with no glass or ice...

Didn't like this place in the 00s, don't like it now. The milkshakes are the only thing to go for but... The paper straws don't let a lot of chunkier foods come through the straw.We were stupid enough to order the garlic parmesan fries which were covered in a very strange garlic sauce. Definitely not in a good way. The burgers... Yeah, don't waste your time. You could go to a competitor spot and get better food with a few less variations (like 5 guys) and really get your money's worth.Hadn't been in 10 years. I found wait another 20 and still be ok with not going again.

To be honest it was not the best experience. It was my first time and I wasn't too pleased with the burger. I got a defrosted burger which I was not happy with at all. The waiter came to take my burger away. I asked for a refund and still waiting for it, 2 weeks later...

Came to this branch around 2pm and found that they have a lunchtime special which blew me away. On the lunchtime menu you can get a Burger, Fries and a Drink for under £10 but I think it stops at 4pm. They also have a kids menu which isn't on display so you'll have to ask a member of staff for it. I did however enjoy my food.

Good location if you are looking for food before or after the cinema.Great chicken wings and good burger for the price. Shakes were excellent.Staff were friendly and helpful. Ordered using the QR code on the table and was very quick and easy paying online if you are in a rush. Recommend.

I adore this restaurant! They prepare first-rate meals, their menu is large, The chef in that spot is a professional, I enjoy very much eating all their dishes. The food is consistently fresh, the service towards the clients is efficient. I often go to this place and I was never disappointed. I recommend it to all my friends.

Very nice place, we have been today and celebrated my birthday with my sis and my kids, very nice and friendly staff, kids had lots of fun and yummy ice cream.

First off, I went to make an order then pay as usual - I was told to go and sit as they would pop over and take the order. 10 minutes and still waiting. So in that 10 minutes, dude started to serve other customer, deal with other orders, bro, the lunchtime service was dead! Only 3 tables were in use!When the waiter finally comes, he starts to write down the order on his mobile phone. I understand it’s a bank holiday Monday but come on man, show some passion/ enthusiasm towards customers.I will not be returning to this branch. I love the steak here, but after this kind of hospitality, I’m good.Ps, the waiter also said the drinks are refillable, and when I went to get a top up, another staff members said ‘we DO NOT DO BOTTOMLESS REFILL’. At this point, I didn’t want to argue so I just bought another drink, paid and left.The food was not great. Burger dry, Not much seasoning and chips was okay. The strips £5, you get 3?! But was decent. No sauce condiments on the table🤦🏽‍♂️ The Fanta was good though lol.
