Too Sweet Takeaway in City of London

The manager/business owner is RUDE, face always push up and always trying to look problem with customers. She tried to start a problem with myself, for what ain’t I a paying customer! Her customer service is -0. She need to either stay at the back and don’t show her face or just don’t come in. My opinion stay far away there’s better food elsewhere that rudeness ain’t worth it.

Rubbish food cant be bothered to waste my time writing just dont go there customer service very poor aswell

Went In for some lunch on Saturday at midday. The food is actually very nice but the service is a real let down. Very snappy and lacks any care for customers. As we waited for our meals we had the privilege of hearing the telephone conversation of one member of the team and the lady serving was very snappy at us making our selection. As annoying as it may be when a customer is taking a few mins to choose, with this being our first visit and the menu being large- it took us a minute or 2 to choose.The food is very nice. I can’t knock the food at all. But the service has put me off ever spending my money there. I would have liked a greeting upon entering the shop and to not overhear the employee discussing personal matters- in most work environments making phone calls happen on breaks and not in front of customers. I sadly would not use this shop again, which is a shame but I cannot find it on myself to pay for that level of service

AVOID this place. I wouldn’t even give this place one star. The customer service is terrible, I’m not sure if she was the manager or the owner of this business but she wanted to pick an argument with me for no reason. The food is disgusting, the fried chicken was bland and pink inside, and the portions are way too small. Will not spend a single penny in this place again. Without customers this place wouldn’t be in business. Customer service and attitude goes a long way.

Great food great price always busy so order early...hard to beat

Food is ok but no very accommodating. I ask if soup could be blend as it's for someone who is very ill in hospital and can eat solid food.

I have had 3 meals from here and can honestly say 110% that the standard, quality and quantity for the very good and fair cost is exceptional. Would highly recommend anyone to try this restaurant A+++++++ all the way.

One star is even too much for this restaurant as the manager is rude.On the door is a sign that states “masks to be worn in shop” the manager and her staff including her grown granddaughter was in the shop with the door closed serving two men who were not wearing face masks so I choose to wait outside until they were finished.As knew what i wanted I briefly popped my head around the door to order from the door as I knew what I wanted, with me doing this the manager asked me to come in and close the door but I choose not to but give the granddaughter my order which took a few seconds and then shut back the door to stand outside and wait.The manager seemed like she was cussing as I choose to stay outside and not in where the men were without their masks on and saying come inside and stand over in the corner which I did not understand what difference that would make plus I did not understand why was there a problem with me being outside where it is safe. The two men and another gentleman (who also did not have no mask on) left so I went in to pay there was another customer inside but she had a mask on, I paid and pointed to the sign about wearing a mask on the door as the manager was still ranting behind the high protective plastic screens she have up to protect her and her staff from Covid and asked why does she have up the sign on the door if she is not going to enforce it, plus customers that are uncomfortable coming into the shop due to some customers not wearing a mask should be allowed to order without feel hassled by her.Supporting black businesses is good but when they are as ignorant as the manager and staff at Too Sweet then no as I will not be going back there again.

I went to too sweet shop today (4th) lunch time and there were two servers unfortunately I was served by the girl, she had cornrows hair extension with tattoos on her arm. She was so rude; to be honest people like that should not be working with the public. The guy was cool, very approachable and had manners. Please look at the staff that you employ they will loose you customers. The one star was not given because the food, the food is good, its the staff member that served me today. I regularly go to 'too Sweet' and never had a problem with any other staff member.

We stopped in to look and had a great authentic meal. The staff was very helpful in finding food that she thought we would enjoy. She gave us taste testings of some foods that we did not know. We highly recommend this place and if we lived in the neighborhood we would go there a few times a week.
