Top 1 Forever Restaurant in City of London

We are a group of four. We were seated and then forgotten about. We waited over an hour for our food. That’s not an exaggeration. We were not offered any water or drinks and no staff came to check to on us.I would not recommend this place due to it’s poor service. Can’t say much about the food because we got up and left as our food never came.

Lovely location with a view over Royal Victoria Dock. Perfect if using Emirates Air Line.Service was excellent, and the restaurant was clean.It was great to have a proper pot of tea, which gave us around 4 cups each. The cooked breakfast looked lovely and my husband enjoyed it. I was a bit disappointed with my omelette, which was slightly overcooked for my liking, but altogether a good experience.

Wonderful fish and chips meal. Great views from Victoria Dock. Wait staff were OK but attended to all our requests (even though missing one or two of them).

Food is very nice, a little bit pricey, however I visited 2 years ago and the menu had a lot more choice, now is 1 lovely lady serving everybody and a very limited menu, also after ordering chicken nuggets from the kids menu, they were spicy!! Serving a 2 year old child spicy food is crazy. Thankfully the waitress did sort this out for us and removed it from our bill, however they do add a 12.5% service charge which I did not agree with. Will not go back after an amazing experience 2 years ago

Amazing food, not the cheapest, but worth it. Wings, steak, pasta, brownie, were all awesome. Could not reccomend highly enough.. Blankets available if you get cold!!

Food was ok..do not have the peppercorn sauce..not sure what it wasBut awful.smelt bad too..Told the waitress it was very bad.i was offered bbq sauce instead..not what I laid for.but a safer option.Cocktails were sent back..I was then told (I'm just a waiter.not a barman.i just guess the drink).no surprise it did not taste the way it should...I noticed others were returning things too .Maybe the restraint was just having a bad night. Everything looked good to the eye but did not deliver. Shame as it was a surprise meal.

Fabulous restaurant - great food, allergen aware and with lovely views across the water. Incredible drinks as pictured too 😊

Staff services is very poor, we went lunch time , Maria was the employee on services, she was alone , grumpy and having attitudeOrder 2 cold black Americano, brought them with milk and sugar, when asked to change brought black but taste like garbageThe place view and decoration are good
