Tophams Restaurant & Bar in City of London

My family had a great stay here! Everything is newly redecorated, new bathrooms, carpeting. Great location. Stellar staff! We are especially indebted to the very helpful, friendly front desk manager who shared the best tips for making the most of a short visit to London. I have already referred friends to Tophams Hotel, and we will stay again in the future if visiting London again. Beware if you are a large/tall couple. The double bed is more like a full bed by American standards.

Worst hotel experience ever. Had to swap rooms multiple times due to unexplained stains on sheets. Breakfast was awful also, we requested vegetarian and bacon managed to creep its way into our eggs. When complained to reception they just shrugged saying there's nothing they can do

We stayed for 3 night in this Hotel, the room was quite small, but nice, but when putting clothes away we discovered a big black bra in the wardrobe, which I then doubted how well the place had been cleaned.I took this to the receptionist and the thanked me, and wasn't very apologetic.The room was tidied while we went out, but the coffee sticks and biscuits weren't replaced, so overall, not the best experience here.

I'd just like to say we had a beautiful stay with yous last week.Everyone that worked there were so nice and helpful.I loved our family room and I loved the area.Thank you so much and I'd like to hear of any deals again.I will recommend Tophams to all my friends and family.

We stayed here for one night in late December. The hotel is incredibly decorated and very clean. Room was good size and everything we need. Staff super nice. It’s in a perfect location for sightseeing either by walking or the underground. Ignore the Google star rating, the bad reviews were done when the hotel was in previous ownership

Brilliant location. Super clean, room was available early so we had an early check in. Very plush rooms and comfy bed. Spotlessly clean. Staff very efficient and friendly. Couldn’t fault it.

Let's start with the staff...They were amazing. Great tips, great service.The room we got was small. The shower was a riddle to operate (the staff went with us to the room and showed how to operate👍).It went from hot to lukewarm all the time.Overall, it was a good experience. Great value, really clean and tidy.I will go there when I will visit London next time.

Lovely hotel. Rooms are Newly refurbed and the family room at the top is just perfect with a little snug with 2 single beds upstairs from the main bedroom. Perfectly situated, moments away from Victoria.

Excellent location in Victoria Central London, newly refurbished, but small rooms and office desk was found loose to carry on my work. However, WiFi is weak in the room so I am using my 4g+. So down graded to 4*

Not as advertised. Our room definitely was not renovated, it was gross, see the pictures. The bathroom roof was covered in water damage or mold couldn't tell. Everything was old and banged up. The room safe was broken and unusable. The chair in the room was massively ratty. Wall fixtures were broken. The faucet was really old and weathered, cold water tap only gave hot water. Supposed to have two twin beds had two singles.Now for the positives. Beds were clean and comfortable. Water pressure excellent. Staff very friendly. Very quiet room, with good Air Conditioning.
