Got a burrito bowl from here today - the queue was out the door when I arrived, so order ahead if you want to get your food during the lunch rush.Friendly service from the staff, and I didn't have to wait too long to collect my order, but sadly the food was lacking. Quite bland overall, and even though I paid extra to have chicken and chorizo, I could count the pieces of meat I was given on one hand!I've enjoyed Tortilla food before, so I'm guessing the drop in quality was because of how insanely busy they were. If you're looking for a quick bite then this place will do the job, but look elsewhere if you want authentic Mexican food.

I was today in Tortilla shop in Leadenhall around 1pm and I had the best burrito and customer service ever. I live nearby, surely I will be back. 5 stars to a great team and amazing food.

Don’t waste your money on large burritos, they’re the same size as the regular! They’ve started doing chorizo like poncho8 did years ago but still no spicy pork still

I go with my wife to this great spot quite often! This is my favorite spot to grab a bite. I visit this spot routinely. The food is excellent, the staff is polite and the prices are fair. I like eating in this place for a decent lunch.

Tortilla going downhill? Tomato Rice was almost raw. No excuse that this could be a one-off. So many people buy from Tortilla and they definitely must be serving this knowingly. This could give stomach upset. I'm not bothered to walk again all the way to show them this. Not worth it. They must be well aware of this and yet they serve this to their customers. Shame on you Tortilla Leadenhall. Thanks for the New Year Gift, Raw Rice.
